Top notch massage. I booked a couple's massage for my wife and I today for her birthday and we both left feeling refreshed. Service was great.. the massage was incredible hitting all our trouble areas and their customer service was first class. Will definitely book again before we check our at week's end.

Analia is an amazing therapist, 6 stars. But the facility is not great, no changing room with robes and lockers. No relaxation place after your massage, they converted a guest room to massage room. You get what you pay for, I get that this location is less expensive then others. If you can book Analia, it's worth the disappointment in other areas. She is so good, I booked a second day and made it for 90 minutes. She cares and trys very hard to relieve tension in tough areas. Constantly reminding you to relax and breathe because she digs deep to release the tension.

I don’t know what these bad reviews are talking about because I’ve been to many massage places and They are the only place that has made me feel in a different universe hahah, it was so amazing and they gave us champagne after 🌿 I am coming back for sure

We had an amazing experience! The massage was absolutely perfect for me and my girlfriend super relaxing. The staff was professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. At the end, they even gave us champagne, which made the experience feel extra special. We also got to enjoy the jacuzzi, and they offered us 15% off at the restaurant downstairs, which was a really nice bonus. Honestly, I don’t understand the bad reviews everything was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing time!

I saw this spa online I bought a deal on couples message they had for Saturday. At first I was a bit hesitant since I read mixed reviews. But here is our experience. I first contact them via email then I called them to make sure they had the Saturday I wanted available and I booked right away. Our appointment was for 11:00 a.m. we arrived there at 10:55 they were ready for us the receptionist and the two massage therapist greeted us Lyschel and Francine. My husband and I can truly say the 2 girls were very professional and it was the best massage either of us has had. They both have excellent massage techniques. The rooms are not the biggest but big enough as these 2 girls have a technique there was no bumping in to each other as I read online from other reviews. After they gave us our moment to settle in and lay down, We asked them if they could put music which they did. It was a peaceful instrumental music. After our massage they asked us if we wanted champagne or water we went for the champagne and they were waiting for us outside the Room with our cups of champagne. Right before leaving they validated our parking and they gave us wristbands so we can take advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, beach and the Greek restaurant. It was a fun and awesome experience. We are both looking forward to doing it again soon as it was very relaxing.

We had a really disappointing experience at this spa. The package description was totally unclear — it said it included "access to the beach." Naturally, anyone would assume that means access to the chairs and umbrellas. But no, apparently what it really meant was just access to buy beach chairs. Ridiculous! We wasted 40 minutes standing in the sun trying to figure this out, only to be met with rude staff. If a spa is going to advertise a package, the least they can do is be transparent about what’s actually included. Instead, it felt misleading and frustrating.

My bestie and I just had the most incredible experience at Spa 101 in Miami. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely taken care of. The masseuses were not only incredibly sweet and friendly, but their knowledge of the body was deeply impressive. My masseuse had the gentlest hands, yet she was able to work out every single knot in my back, leaving me feeling more relaxed than I have in years. The entire experience was sublime. She even helped us get set up with our hotel amenities after the massage, gave us some champagne, a thoughtful touch that went above and beyond. The professionalism and genuine care shown by the entire staff made this one of the best spa days I’ve ever had. I would 10000% come back and recommend Spa 101 to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Thank you for the perfect escape!
