I booked a couples massage for Valentine’s Day for me and my boyfriend. From the moment we were greet it was not friendly not even a smile. I then entered the room to undress and the began the "Facial". The applied some cold cream to our faces which burned. Then they put a face mask and a hot towel over our faces for 20 mins. Mind you while all this was happening the two girls were whispering and talking and in and out of the room. At one point they had the door wide open. The lady put oil on my arms and proceeded to barely touch my arm like rub the oil around and she was not present as she was on her cellphone the whole time. The massage was no massage that was a wannabe body rub. I had a stiff neck for 2 days straight after that as the way my head was hanging on the raggedy table. To top it off I called tuesday 2/17 to request to speak to a manager for my money back and express my concerns about how things are being done and no one called me. I then proceeded to follow up around 4pm on 2/18 the operator apologized and told me he would escalate. Here we are on 2/19 5pm and no one called me yet again. This is crazy. I want my $250. This is false advertisement. And the people working here have no professionalism or must not have any certificate to conduct proper services. I need a manager to call me ASAP.

It did not feel like a massage, more like somebody rubbing in cream all over my body. The lady kept lifting up the blanket and my chest was exposed. I felt the exact same after the appointment except I was oily. The facial was not even a facial, she just put on masks after masks.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the couple massage service I received this evening at 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, it was the worst massage experience I have ever had. From the beginning, the masseuses were talking to each other throughout the entire session, which was highly unprofessional and completely disruptive. At several points, it was evident that my masseuse did not know what she was doing and appeared to be seeking guidance instead of confidently providing the service. There was absolutely no continuity, no flow, no technique, and no understanding of body work. The massage felt disorganized, inexperienced, and careless. Rather than being relaxing, the experience was uncomfortable and frustrating from start to finish. Given the extremely poor quality of the service—far below even basic professional standards—the price charged is completely unjustified. I requested a full refund, as this experience did not remotely reflect what was advertised or expected from a professional massage center. I would not recommend this place and hope management takes this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Worst "massage" I’ve had in my entire life. I’ve had many many massages and facials and I have never received one this bad. Booked a valentines couples massage. Got a body "rub", not a massage. The person was on her phone the entire time, unattending, people in and out of the room. They were having conversation, texting, and not even mindful of our needs. The entire experience was unprofessional & lacked knowledge and experience. They don’t know the proper method nor steps to a facial. Everything cold. Just terrible. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible.

Parking is very limited. Despite having an appointment, my massage started 25 minutes late. There was no one at the front desk to check us in, and communication was extremely difficult as no staff member spoke English. The 60-minute massage with back exfoliation was deeply disappointing. The massage itself felt like nothing more than oil being spread on the skin, with little to no technique or pressure. In contrast, the back exfoliation was uncomfortably aggressive—unfortunate, as that level of pressure would have been far more appropriate during the massage. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations, and I would not recommend this place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Keep in mind the parking lot was theirs, and I inquired about parking, ahead if time, I also inquired about the tables weight capacity, and services prior to me going to the location. I also want to emphasize that they have one masseuse per individual, So if you do arrive slightly early, the technicians might be either cleaning up from their previous service or getting things prepared for your service so keep in mind to exercise a little Patience, I would like to add for you to be vocal with how much pressure you like on your massages. That being said this is my honest review. Exceptional Wellness Experience! From start to finish, my experience at this wellness center was absolutely wonderful. The staff were accommodating, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout our visit. Every detail seemed thoughtfully planned with our comfort in mind. As a plus-size person, I especially appreciated how comfortable everything was, the tables were spacious, the temperature was perfectly cool, and they even provided cozy comforters and soft sheets to ensure we never felt cold. Our services included facials, gentle exfoliation, and hot stone massages. My masseuse was incredibly gentle and attentive, which I truly appreciated since I tend to be more tender. My sister’s masseuse, on the other hand, had a firmer touch, exactly how she likes it, showing how well the staff adjusted to each person’s individual needs and preferences, as long as that was communicated. Overall, this was one of the most relaxing and personalized spa experiences I’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and eager to return. Highly recommend! The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect five stars was because the robes did not fit my person, and to be honest, I was thinking about taking my own. but again I wanted to have a blank slate experience as a plus size person.

This will be a long one but unfortunately the disappointments stacked up. I had gotten a couple massage + facials for my partner and I for Christmas and set it up for this past weekend. Coming in and getting set up was fine, however once everything started it just went downhill. Facial felt rushed and even rough at times. One of the women’s phone kept getting notifications and then at some point the one lady changes the music with Alexa. I’m also pretty sure the one doing my facial was on her phone at some point as it sounded like she was watching videos. They would come and go out of the room…which was highly concerning when I cannot see due to the mask on face and I’m laying there practically naked. We would be left for extended periods. The massages themselves were the worst I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no rhythm or actual massaging techniques happening, just rubbing oil all over. Most main areas did not even get worked on. At certain points only one hand was being used. While I was on my stomach and could open my eyes, my "massage therapist" was in her socks. In my opinion there’s no way these women were actually certified. When we went to leave we were asked to pay the $25 "third party fee" through cashapp or Zelle which seems shady in itself. It was advertised to have champagne and strawberries which they did bring out "champagne"…I’m almost certain it was sparkling apple cider & there were no strawberries but instead old packages of m&ms. All in all the worst massages ever received. Will not be returning and if it was not through Groupon would try to get my money back. Truly don’t understand how this place has good reviews.
