I have been going to Mood Swing Wellness for the better part of 3 months now and have really enjoyed the services. The cold plunge is one of the best treatments I have received. I do cold plunges often being a distance runner but this one just hits different. I regularly use the red light bed along with the leg compressions for relaxing the body. Overall love the ownership team and the services they offer. Recommend checking them out if you have been looking for a cost efficient way of restoring your body!
Had the best time today at Mood Swing Wellness! I can’t wait for my next appointment. Only good things to say about this place. First, The sauna and cold plunge room is absolutely beautiful and I was so relaxed. The Bluetooth speakers in the sauna made it my own vibe and I felt very at home. I also did 15 mins in the Red light bed today which was rejuvenating say the least. I push my body very hard training Jiu-Jitsu 5-7 times a week and this is the perfect reset. My body feels great and my mind is clear. I actually felt noticeably happier after my treatment. Highly recommend!

The sauna/cold plunge room was clean when I went. They give you the room to yourself so the privacy is nice. And the water temperature for the cold plunge is very cold, it won't disappoint if you enjoy a challenge!
Had a great experience doing my first ever cold plunge. The equipment (cold plunge and IR sauna) were top of the line. The atmosphere was relaxing and the owners were super kind. Felt so good/refreshed/energized afterwards that I booked my next session. No pushy sales tactic from the owner which was a nice cherry on top. Highly recommend!
