Walking into Chayse Life was the first time in a long time I felt genuinely excited about doing something good for my body and mind. Cory and Amanda are amazing — they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’ve been learning about the benefits of supplements, vitamins, and recovery, and it’s eye-opening to realize how much better I can feel with just a few simple changes.

Chayse Life in Murrieta is an amazing place for recovery and wellness. The infrared sauna is the perfect way to relax, detox, and clear your mind before stepping into the cold plunge for an instant energy boost and full-body reset. You walk out feeling lighter, refreshed, and recharged. Cory brings great energy and truly cares about creating a positive experience for everyone who comes in. You can tell he’s passionate about helping people feel their best. Chayse life is an amazing facility! On top of the great community they have built they have red light sauna and multiple different temp cold plunge to fit your needs. Would recommend to anyone.

The amount of knowledge and education that you get from the owner is amazing.
