Framework, Wedgewood Houston Flagship

I took my 4 girlfriends to Framework one morning while on my bachelorette trip and OMG it was amazing!! We had such a good time, we felt amazing, and we've all been trying to find anything similar to what we experienced in Nashville, back in our hometowns. I wish there was a Framework near me! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to do a wellness morning on a bach trip or even if you just want a bit of self care in your weekly routine.

I’ve been to many wellness spots, but this cold plunge and sauna place is truly the best I’ve ever experienced. The sauna temperature is perfect, hot enough to feel cleansing and energizing, but never overwhelming. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and every visit feels like a reset for both mind and body. The space is always spotless, neat, and beautifully maintained. Just a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!

I recently attended the "sweat, shiver & socialize" experience with a friend and loved it!! The building is gorgeous & clean and the staff are so friendly! Steven checked us in and gave us a tour and then coached us through our first cold plunge! It was a challenging but rewarding experience. We stayed for the full hour going back & forth from cold plunge to sauna, and then went to the cafe upstairs for some beverages and snacks (get the protein donuts)! I slept like a baby that night after this session. I really love that this place gives the opportunity to engage in the community in a healthy environment. Can’t wait to come back!

Framework is hands-down the go-to spot for contrast therapy in Nashville, whether you’re a local or just visiting. The facilities are top-notch: clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for both recovery and relaxation. The team couldn’t have been more welcoming and super friendly + genuinely committed to making sure you have a great experience. Coming from out of town and used to a similar setup at the athletic club we belong to, I was impressed with how seamless and professional everything felt. Highly recommend if you’re looking to recharge and feel at home while taking care of your body. Thank you, Framework, for making us feel like locals.

As someone who was very nervous in the beginning to try out a cold plunges, I absolutely loved my experience. Framework has a couple of options where you can do the more public social version that has a few cold plunge options inside and also outside as well as a few saunas depending on whether you want a more social experience or a more quiet one. They have fully private options as well where you and a few friends could go and try out the combination of both the cold plunges and saunas. I really thought that I would only like the saunas, but I’ve got to say that I loved both and overall had a great time. Framework is very clean and really pays attention to that. The inside has a great peaceful feeling. It’s a great place to go for a break during the work week or a weekend. Parking was pretty easy with a free parking lot.

I have visited Framework Wedgewood 4 times~3 times in 2025. And my most recent visit was on 1/3/2026. My interaction with the staff has always been welcoming, upbeat and friendly. Each time, I have invited someone new to experience this wellness modality and each time the staff always gives us a through overview of the cold plunge process. I have used the social area as well as the private room for a friend’s birthday celebration. I have visited the cafe a couple of times and the tea does not disappoint. I highly recommend Framework whether it be your first cold plunge or if you are a pro at it. I am looking forward to visiting the East Nashville location for the first time later this month.

Great sauna, but what is up with the women’s locker room?? This is supposed to be a premium experience at the price, I would rather be in the YMCA locker room. The floor drain for the shower (with no curtain) is in the middle of the locker room floor walkway, peoples soapy water covers the whole floor. No hooks in the stalls for you to use when changing out of wet clothes with your towel in a tight space and the floor is wet. Barely any room to change in front of the lockers, if there are 2 people at the same time you will bump elbows & people can see very close to the changing portion of the locker room from the main hall too easily with the sink mirrors directly across from it
