Lolu was my first experience ever doing a cold plunge and now I’m hooked. The free flow sessions are great for going at your own pace, but the 6 AM guided Energize class on Thursday mornings is something special — highly recommend making that a weekly ritual. The studio is really clean and the vibe is genuinely serene, which makes the whole contrast therapy experience feel intentional rather than just a workout. I’ve brought friends here to show them the power of the cold plunge for the first time and it never disappoints. If you’re in Nashville and haven’t tried Lolu yet, you’re missing out.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I bought the two week unlimited plan for first time visitors and it was worth every penny. The team at Lolu is very welcoming and so kind, which is so important for places like this in order to provide the full experience. It was so clean and every session I booked was great. Some days I did the quiet sessions or the free flow, but my favorite ones were the guided meditations. Everyone was professional, intentional and supportive. I truly recommend this place to anyone that is wanting to explore their wellness journey and connect within and with others. This is really one of the best ways to decompress and I enjoyed every moment of it. I plan to be back hopefully soon. Thank you Lolu. 💛

Lolu has a very relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful dry sauna and large cold plunge. The staff is always friendly and I've heard great things about the coffee shop there. It's become a key part of my recovery and health routine.

Beautiful sauna, perfect cold plunge! But the biggest factor here is the amazing vibes and staff! They treat you like family, play great music and are invested in your experience. We've made it part of our weekly routine.

I can’t say enough good things about Lolu. Evan and Chirag have created something truly incredible. The employees are top tier.. special shoutout to Katie and Kristy! It’s the first place in Nashville where I’ve genuinely felt a real sense of community. Connection is fostered here in such an authentic way. The sauna, the cold plunges, the killer playlists - everything is just unmatched. I love this place so much and will continue to rave about it to everyone I meet!
