Pure Sweat Sauna Studio, The Gulch

The staff at Pure Sweat are what made my experience at this sauna studio so incredible! They are incredibly welcoming and on top of it. After one session I knew I’d be coming back again. Their facilities and the design of the studio are relaxing and calming. The many little touches they add from face masks to tea just elevate the experience so it’s that much more enjoyable. Definitely worth it! 🙂

The contrast therapy was amazing. The mix of hot and cold was very rejuvenating. Felt awesome all evening after and slept like a baby. Liked it so much …. We went back the follow day! Give it try and don’t be afraid of the cold tub.

From the moment I walked in, the staff at Pure Sweat Sauna Studio were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and were happy to answer all my questions. The facilities are spotless, beautifully maintained, and have a calming, modern vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The highlight of my visit was the contrast therapy—what an amazing experience! The combination of infrared sauna and cold plunge left me feeling refreshed, energised, and totally rejuvenated. It’s the perfect reset for both body and mind. If you're looking for a wellness boost in The Gulch, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

My fiance and I have shared a membership for almost 2 years now and go consistently. Not only is the sauna experience itself so peaceful and healing, but we are met with the kindest and warmest people every time. We’re always met with a smile, or someone just asking how we are and how wedding planning is going. It is so rare these days to be met with workers who care so much about their members. When we got engaged, they gifted us with a free Contrast session just out of pure kindness. Today, after Nashville has experienced power outages with the winter storm and we’ve been without heat and hot water since Sunday, they graced us with the kindness to use their shower after a session. This was the kindest thing and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, PSS, for always bringing us so much joy and continuing to be a safe space for us. 🫶🏼

Pure Sweat has truly been such a game changer for me. Being a full time fitness professional, I really needed something that would help aide in recovery, especially after sustaining traumatic injuries and surgeries. Not only has it been amazing for my physical health, but also my mental/emotional health. I go 3-5 days a week and I absolutely recommend to everyone. Amazing staff. Gorgeous, clean, welcoming studio. The amenities are top notch. It’s everything you need. ❤️

Love this studio. It’s such a clean, well decorated space to find peace and recenter. A new part of my wellness routine. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend and have already brought friends to join.
