This is one the best places to get a massage in Nashville! From the start you enter & remove your shoes and enjoy a massage or facial in a bedroom of a house. The decor and energy and people make it the most amazing experience. I highly recommend Anthea!! She’s she best!

I have been with the Lotus Room for over 10 years. With the bulk of those years devoted to therapist Lacey. She was such a gift! Since her departure I'd been trying new therapist, each with their own talents, to find my fit. I was finally able to score a massage with the highly coveted Ellie, magic! Ellie's intuitive nature and attention to detail was felt through the entire deep tissue session. I am a true deep tissue girlie, and Ellie is the truth. I have NEVER had a neck, shoulder and scalp massage that compares. I was shocked. This lady is a healer. I also want to give a shout out to Spencer! I find his technique to be noticeably unique and effective. I felt amazing after working with him, especially his leg work. Don't hesitate, book the Lotus room. And if you don't find your person right away, book another, because they are definitely in this building.

This Beautiful, relaxing and excellant atmosphere place is a highlight of my trip to TN. Well worth the money for a 90 min deep tissue message with a collagen eye mask. The staff are all wonderful and helpful to your needs. The decor is very peaceful and calming with sound healing playing in the message rooms. Columbus needs a place like this.

I had a really nice experience at the Lotus room! I was able to snag a last min Restore Massage appointment with Mollie. I loved that the massage studio was inside a home with different rooms for check-in, waiting, and where you get your massage. The home was welcoming and soothing to walk into. The only thing I would be aware is if you make a Wednesday 10am appointment— it seems the yard gets lawn service so for a few minutes of my massage we were accompanied by the acoustics of a leaf blower/lawn mower. Not the most relaxing sound to decompress to!

I have been going to the Lotus Room for a couple years now and every time the services I book are exceptional. From the serene and grounded space to each practitioner I feel complete at ease. I always leave feeling a little lighter and more balanced.

I loved my experience here. Very relaxing and unique. I felt comfortable and relaxed during the Ayurveda massage with Ellie. She was lovely! Will return in the future!
