I honestly don’t understand the hype or the great reviews this place has, because my experience was very disappointing. I came in as a walk-in and fully understand that walk-ins may have to wait or may not always be accommodated. From the beginning, I was very clear about that. A gentleman assisted me and was incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful. He explained that he was finishing a service and that he would be able to take me in about 10 minutes. He communicated clearly and made me feel welcome. However, barely five minutes later, another person approached me and told me that there was no longer time to see me and that I needed to leave. The tone was cold and completely different from the initial interaction. According to this person, the employee I had spoken with had new appointments and could no longer take me. What made the situation even more uncomfortable is that no one had the decency to be honest with me from the start. If they couldn’t accommodate me, I would have completely understood. What I don’t understand is why I was told yes, asked to wait, and then sent away through a third party instead of receiving a direct and respectful explanation. It was a very unpleasant, unprofessional, and poorly handled experience. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and I genuinely cannot believe a place with so many positive reviews would treat a customer this way. I would not return and would not recommend this place.
