ila Only Spa

I truly had an amazing experience at the ila only spa! The spa is extremely well equipped including a sauna, steam room, a spacious gym (even with a reformer + TRX area which I loved) and a huge variety of treatment options. The staff was super friendly! Especially Vlad was very thoughtful, he provided me with snacks & drinks in the lounge area and helped me a lot to pick the perfect treatments. I can fully recommend visiting this spa and will come back any time!

I had a particularly wonderful experience with Bianca, who was professional, kind, and meticulous in her care. Her attention to detail was outstanding. We enjoyed our robotic massages at the Ila spa but will add a few tips to make the experience perfect. The hotel and spa are lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The spa lounge had cucumber water, fruit skewers and cookies available and a beautiful view of St Patrick’s cathedral. We had a locker, access to the dry and wet sauna and other amenities. The robotic massage was an experience. It would have helped to have more guidance from the staff and also a quick check to make sure the suit they give you fits properly. I had a size small and it was way too big which negatively impacted my experience. I did not realize it also came in xxs and xs sizes. The staff should ask your size and make a recommendation. A size 2 is an XXS not a small. Also, you need to operate a computer panel to set the measurements to your body. Bring your reading glasses into the massage room! I didn’t have them and could barely read the screen. I would also avoid having the machine focus on your lower back.

One of the best wellness spas I visited in the city. Sarah gave me the best customer service as I walked in. And Marianny showed me around and was so knowledgeable and patient. If you want to elevate your wellness journey, get a membership you won’t be disappointed. The whole staff really is great.

Gen - the in-house physio - absolutely saved my back! I woke up with excruciating back pain and could barely stand. Gen spent a couple of hours helping me through stretches, mobility exercises and breathing. 6 hours later I could walk normally as if nothing happened. Thanks Gen!
