The best massage I’ve ever had. Got a couples massage and both masseurs were great and very friendly. Clean and comfortable, incredible customer service. I was so relaxed I couldn’t stop smiling for like 20 minutes after leaving. A truly wonderful experience!!

Started with a 60m massage and had to add another 30m. The venue is very clean, nicely decorated, and relaxing. Welcoming staff was very friendly. My service was provided by Kiki and she knew how to find the tense spots and made them magically disappear. Highly recommended!

I needed a quick reset and I was able to get a Same day appointment here. Lori my masseuse was great! She found all the knots and worked to get them out! There is a sauna and snacks too! Perfect and quiet location.

I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this place. My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage three hours in advance, expecting a relaxing treatment. However, once we arrived and got settled in, the masseuses assumed we didn’t understand Chinese and thought we had fallen asleep. Instead of focusing on the service, they began complaining about the fact that we had even booked the appointment and went as far as making fun of different aspects of our appearance. It was not only hurtful, but it completely ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful and enjoyable experience for us before our flight home…

I'm very grateful for the massage I received and I think the price is fair. I wanted to provide some feedback: - While receiving my massage, I overheard an argument about tipping involving another customer. My massage therapist suddenly left for five minutes without any explanation nor apologies, I assume to handle the situation. When they returned, I felt the rest of the massage was rushed (perhaps to make up for lost time). - At the moment of paying, I tipped 17%, to which they pointed me to a card saying they expected 33%. This felt rude and a bit of a trap. I'd be happy to pay a higher price.

Wow, one of the best massage ever. Strong and to the limit mostly for 80% and relaxation for 20%. But you feel solo good afterwards. Took 60 min Swedish by Alice plus 30 min reflexology. Felt reborn. Thank you Alice !!

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage the day of. Shortly after booking a time listed available on their website, they texted me asking to move the appointment back 30 minutes. We arrived at 4:25 pm for our 4:30 pm appointment. They brought us back to the room shortly after arriving. We got changed and laid down almost immediately. They did not come into the room until about 4:55 pm. We laid there ready for the service to begin. We were ready to get up and say something because we had been waiting for a long time. They eventually came in, a male and female worker. The man was assigned to me, female, and the woman to my boyfriend. This review is mostly for the man because he was god awful. He walked in wearing jeans and yellow nike slides while the woman was dressed professionally. He proceeded to pull the scratchy towel to cover my whole body and massaged me through the towel at turbo speed. He was literally just jabbing his elbow into my back at an expeditious speed. I kept lifting my head and looking at my bf and the man asked if the pressure was fine and I said yes but is it normal to keep the towel on and asked if he could use oil as I saw the female was doing that for my boyfriend with the towel pulled down. He did this but still "massaged" me as a crazy fast speed. It was lowkey painful and it felt like he was just rushing to get through it. I couldn’t even close my eyes in enjoyment as I was just waiting for it to be over. I don’t believe this man is licensed and if he is, he needs A LOT more training or needs it revoked. My bf said his was fine. I guess you get what you pay for but if the man comes into the room be prepared for an at home level massage. They then proceed to demand $20 a person tip at the end and were like wow so nice! I’d recommend going anywhere else but here. Very unprofessional.
