This was the best Swedish massage and facial I’ve ever received. Iwona’s massage changed my life— literally made me think differently about the tension I hold in my body— and Maria’s facial was so thorough, she also gave attention to other parts of my body while a face mask was soaking in! I can’t say enough good about both specialists. Thank you, ladies!!

Wow I came here for a 30 mins hydra facial on my birthday and it was amazing - Dominika was super nice and highly attentive to my skin. It was an express facial but did not feel rushed - would definitely come back again! AND the receptionist was so nice and offered a mimosa! Loved it!!

I almost don't want to share....Sigh! The aroma therapy, hits your senses once you step off the elevator. You are positively, transported into visual senses of Caribbean Island. You are welcomed with the sounds of waterfalls, palm trees and candles. It was a beautiful surprise to behold and experience. The staff are welcoming, professional and very attentive. You are greeted with the offer of tea, champagne, and water. While you lounge in this environment...you are almost sorry to depart to your treatment. In the beautiful treatment rooms the journey of wellness continues. Again another beautiful room with calming music, aromatherapy, well-padded tables and the continue atmosphere of being transported away from the city and onto a welcoming island. The massage itself was just right! Not to hard and not too soft. And you are checked on throughout to ensure you are comfortable. This was a beautiful day spent taking care of myself and my friend. And it's hidden in the heart of the city. It's also reasonable priced. I will definitely be back🙏🏽❤️.

I got a 50 minute Swedish massage. The massage was amazing and after, I got to enjoy a complimentary glass of mimosa and chocolate. The staff are all very friendly. The interior of the spa is beautifully decorated and very serene. Pictures are of the waiting area of the 7 W 36th location. Wonderful escape from busy city life and incredibly relaxing experience

This is a very nice spa. The atmosphere is relaxing as soon as you walk in. This was my second time coming here. First time we came as a birthday group and had mimosas and cake. They also gave us a small gift and the service was great. My second recent time I brought my friend for her birthday/graduation present. The atmosphere is still amazing but unfortunately me and my friend were not pleased with our massages. My masseuse was not good and my friend said her lady wasn’t either. We walked out not feeling like we had a quality massage. I will probably try one more time before I will say I won’t return. I just hope they keep record of who our masseuse were because we wouldn’t want them again. I do recommend you try for yourself you may be pleased with the service and definitely the ambience!

The third time visiting zzspa and that's for a great reason. Their service is spectacular. This is a place I recommend often to all my friends and family. Today I did the massage and pedicure. I came here to celebrate my partners birthday and we got champagne, a birthday cake and a gift. I will be back next month
