My husband and I came in to do a massage, for my birthday. The spa is beautiful, Clean, and the staff is amazing. Kristen, greeted us when we arrived, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Also helped me pick up some skin products. Ingrid was our massage therapist, It was the best Massage I have ever had, Being a massage therapist myself, I was blowing away. My husband is not big of spa days, he loved his massage. Can’t wait to come back again❤️

Today I went in for my Helix Laser treatment with Sophia, and she was absolutely amazing. Not only is the place itself beautiful—clean, welcoming, and relaxing—but Sophia truly made the experience exceptional. She exceeded my expectations in every way: professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, explaining each step clearly and letting me know exactly what to expect during and after the treatment. Her knowledge, gentle approach, and genuine care made the entire visit feel effortless. I’m truly grateful for the experience and the level of care she provided. I highly recommend this place, and if you’re considering a treatment, definitely ask for Sophia—you’ll be in the best hands.

Kennedi was phenomenal! I was inspired to write this after my massage at a place that was NOT ALTH (had a gift card) because it made me that much more appreciative of the service that I had received at ALTH. My problem area was my upper back, where I carry the most tension and knots. Kennedi was very thoughtful and methodical in her approach to working out the knots. She neither ran over the knots like a car driving over a speed bump at high speeds, nor did she make me feel like I was a being wiped down at a car wash. Truly, one of the best massages I’ve had and would 100% come back! The only incredibly benign and minor feedback I would have is that a slightly warmer bed would be nice, BUT not a deal breaker by any means. Overall, still a 10/10 experience 😊

My husband got me a 90 min full body Swedish massage for an anniversary gift while we were vacationing in town. My masseuse was AMANDA and let me tell you this was THE BEST massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). She was thorough, attentive and honestly just a master at what she does. I was so relaxed and felt like a new person afterwards. She integrated scalp massage in such a flawless way. Thank you so much for the experience! The back patio was also super cute, I read my book with a complimentary water & glass of champagne.

I had a massage yesterday by Lori and it was fantastic!!! She had a therapeutic touch and knew when to apply just enough pressure in certain areas. The spa is clean and the front desk was nice.

Great facility and very clean environment. Staff and everyone is very helpful and friendly and they use good products for the gentleman’s Facial. Tanya is the best highly recommended!
