Therapeutic Massage & Wellness

I had such a wonderful experience with my massage therapist and the entire staff! I went in with severe tension in my shoulders and neck, along with pain in my arms from all the shoveling, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and so much less tense. The difference was noticeable immediately. My therapist really listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. Overall, I’m extremely happy with all the services whenever I go and can’t recommend them enough!

I absolutely love Therapeutic Massage & Wellness in Newtown, CT. The facility is beautifully designed — truly gorgeous. From the moment you walk in, the calming atmosphere wraps around you. The essential oil diffusers, soothing waterfall fountain, peaceful nature sounds, and warm, dim lighting create the most relaxing environment. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They offer refreshing beverages, heated blankets, warm towels, neck warmers, and even complimentary hair ties — you can really feel how much thought and care went into creating this space. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly as well. I personally love using the red light therapy and compression services, and I’m excited to try more of what they offer. I highly recommend Therapeutic Massage & Wellness to anyone looking for a calming, thoughtful, and rejuvenating experience.

I don’t even know where to begin, other than to say this was hands-down the BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. My experience at Therapauric Massage & Wellness in Newtown completely blew me away. It was absolutely magical. Heidi was beyond incredible. From the moment I got on the table, I literally melted. This wasn’t just a massage—it was a deeply therapeutic, restorative experience. If you’re someone who truly wants to relax and has serious back pain, Heidi is exceptional. She intuitively knew exactly what my body needed. The spa itself is such a hidden gem in Connecticut—peaceful, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind and escape from everything. Jenna and her entire team truly bring the magic and have created something very special here. I’ve honestly never done this before, but I booked my next massage on the spot for the following week. That should tell you everything. If you’re even considering it—go. This place is extraordinary.

So amazing! We did 2 teen facials and spent time in the relaxation room. Best spa experience.

I was looking for a licensed lymphatic massage professional and happened to stumble upon TMW and feel like I hit the jackpot. Not only is the facility so welcoming, beautiful and clean, but I was fortunate enough to make an appointment with Christina, who is a true seasoned professional at this, and she was able to explain every little thing as well as work with me to address my specific needs and made me feel so comfortable!!! And just when I was already feeling so happy to have found this place, the owner (Jenna) approached me before I left to talk to me even more about self lymphatic massage so I can do it at home! Jenna showed me specific techniques and went so far as to create a video tutorial for me to follow at home. I am beyond impressed! Thank you!!!

After being diagnosed with lymph cancer in my neck, I underwent radiation treatment that affected my swallowing and caused my neck to become very stiff, making everyday tasks difficult. At one point, I couldn’t even turn my head because of the pain and swelling. My daughter had worked with Jenna before and asked if she could help. Being the amazing person she is, Jenna agreed right away. She has completely transformed my health and well-being. Jenna is kind, patient, and truly cares about her clients. With each session, my neck continues to improve with less swelling and greater range of motion. I’m so grateful for her care and dedication.

Amazing experience! Beautiful, relaxing spa. Christina gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely be back!
