I have had multiple facials and other services at the spa, and each provider has been excellent! Jillian did my facial this time and was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations of the products and their purpose. The environment is soothing and comfortable, and I highly recommend their services.

Merlyn was absolutely amazing — even during treatments like microneedling and chemical peels, which can feel intense elsewhere, she made the entire experience feel comforting, pampered, and incredibly personalized. From the moment I walked in, the spa is clean, calm, and welcoming, and Merlyn treated me as if I were her only client that day. She explained everything clearly, checked on my comfort throughout, and gave thoughtful, honest skincare advice that actually made sense for my routine. I left with skin that looked brighter, smoother, and truly refreshed. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, warmth, and luxury so effortlessly, but Merlyn delivers all of it. If I can recommend one product, it is pictured. Literally leaves your skin so smooth and "squeaky clean"

Jillian gave the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! She took her time with each step while prioritizing my comfort throughout the whole process and I can’t thank her enough! 10/10, I would recommend her to anyone who either needs to wind down after a long week, or has problem areas with their skin, because Jill will get you right with both.

Wonderful customer service and free skincare samples! I was trying to find the petit version of the Ayuna volcanic balm and Aura had it in stock. The shipping was the most fair price for shipping on any website I have come across (unless it’s free shipping). They threw in a bunch of Ayuna samples which I was NOT expecting and I am so excited to try them. Great online beauty store with great products!

Jillian does amazing lash lifts and tints!!! My lashes have grown so much and look more full! Love my experience at this spa and with Jillian!
