It’s definitely reasonably priced but be forewarned that they expect a 22-25% tip on top of the service, especially if it’s a 90 minute massage. My masseuse asked me for more when I originally paid her $18 (20%) for the $88 massage; I was pretty taken aback, because I thought tip was based on above and beyond service and discretionary. However, totally understand that small businesses and holes in the wall may be struggling right now. It was a good massage, not great but good enough for the price at $108 incl. tip for 90 min. So a 60 min massage should cost about $80.

It was a fine massage; I appreciated the warm packets they put on the butt and lower tummy to keep you warm. However, they do, at the end, try to surcharge a lot for the tip. I didn’t ask for hot stone, but the masseuse gave it during my session. I was a bit confused until I realized she did it to guilt trip me into paying more tip. I was going to give 20%, but ended up paying 25% and felt pressured to do more. I’m not too upset because the massage itself was fine, but that part of the experience made me uncomfortable.

The massage was okay, and I gave her a $25 tip, but she asked for more and that really turned me off. I thought $25 was generous. Especially for a mediocre massage in an ugly room. I used to come here, but wont ever again. Should have just kept me as a repeat customer.

I booked an appointment here, knowing that I only had one hour before I needed to get to the Oakland ferry station. It was a very good massage! I lived in Shanghai for three years, and this was as good if not better than what I had in Shanghai. I highly recommend trying a foot massage here.

Best foot massage ever, $20- 40 minutes can’t beat it.

Ya Ya health Spa is simply amazing! Right from when I walked in, their staff was very professional and kind. I did a walk in and I was given a room in no time. I had the foot and body massage and OMG let me tell you, ya girl fell asleep while sis was rubbing my foot. She was so gentle yet applied pressure where needed. She also made sure to use only the pressure that you are comfortable with. The neck and shoulder massage was the cherry on top for me. She found the Knick’s and knots and went to work. All in all, I had an amazing experience and I would definitely be coming back again every month

Place has a new owner. Came here after dinner down the street. I suggest calling in as we did a walk in and had to wait about 30 minutes. This massage place is legit with no funny business with male and female customers. They have some semi-private rooms with a few massage lounge chairs. We opted to recline on the massage lounge for an hour long foot massage (I think it should be called a leg massage) and Steve hit all the right spots that put me to sleep. Prices are reasonable and inline with everywhere else.
