We would like to thank Akeelah for being so courteous and helpful during our stay! She answered several questions prior to our arrival, and she made sure our family was well taken care of. The pool was an absolute hit for the kids! It was a little chilly for adults, but who cares. lol. Breakfast was decent. Nothing beyond your standard hotel breakfast. Some Greek yogurt or higher protein options would’ve been nice, but the bread options and warm food options were plentiful (sausages, egg, potatoes, quiche). The valet staff was friendly and helpful, even though we chose to self park. They always smiled at the kids and were cheerful when we interacted. The location of the hotel is really what cannot be beat. So close to the action as far as bars and restaurants go. Plan to use a white noise track on your phone to sleep, though, because it can be a little noisy with street traffic. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Honest Review of Hyatt Place Oklahoma City / Bricktown I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Bricktown, and while there were a few positives, overall it didn’t meet my expectations for the price. First, the rooms themselves looked nice and modern. The layout was decent, and the space felt clean and comfortable. The location is also a plus if you want to be near restaurants and attractions in Bricktown. However, there were several things that disappointed me. The microwaves are not inside the rooms. They’re located outside in common areas, by the elevators in the hallway. That was inconvenient and not something I expect at this price point. Parking was also very expensive, which added up quickly. For a hotel that is already on the higher end, I expected more included amenities. There were no courtesy bottled waters offered, and overall the amenities felt limited. Simple things were made difficult, I had to alternate ways to communicate. The telephone did not work in the room, in order to call the front desk, I had to use my cell phone. For the cost of the stay, I just expected a little more in terms of perks and convenience. In my opinion, it’s a decent place if location is your top priority and you just need a nice-looking room. But if you’re expecting higher-end amenities and added value for the price, you may leave feeling underwhelmed.

Nachel (spelling?? Sorry) at the front desk and Ivor in valet both made our experience so enjoyable. Nachel was so friendly and had great suggestions for things around the hotel! Having the app for valet was so convenient and they always had our car pulled up and waiting when we needed it! Over all amazing experience! Great location for walking everywhere. Pool was warm and clear. Everything was clean.

Outstanding Service from Nicholas A. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Nicholas A. From the moment we arrived, Nicholas was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He handled our luggage with care, offered clear directions, and made sure we felt welcomed right away. What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail — he went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. It’s employees like Nicholas who truly make a difference in a guest’s experience. Highly recommend recognizing Nicholas A. for his excellent service. Thank you for making our stay even better!

Excellent valet service! The attendant Nicholas Allen was welcoming, quick, and clearly took pride in their work. Drop-off and pickup were both seamless, and my car was returned exactly as expected. A great first impression and a great last one. The front desk was also very polite and helpful for military logging

⭐ 1 Star Valet here is a joke. We brought a charter bus full of guests to unload at the hotel and were told by valet that we couldn’t unload because the area was "for valet only." Let’s be realistic—30 hotel guests unloading from a bus for less than 10 minutes is not going to hurt valet operations. These were paying customers arriving at the hotel. PMC management needs to better train and inform their staff. Telling a charter bus full of hotel guests to go unload somewhere else is unprofessional and makes a terrible first impression for visitors arriving at the property.

We have been staying here once a year for the past three years and this might be the last year to do so. It’s been great up until this last stay. When we entered the lobby, it smelled a little weird. Not a huge deal but definitely noticed. Our room didn’t smell but it was not clean. Our carpet was severely stained in multiples areas. Our bathroom had mold on the wall and the door had nasty stuff all over it. When we turned on the water in the bathroom is smelled funky. We’ve loved this hotel because it’s clean and the location is convenient but this last time, it fell short of expectations.
