Absolutely love Renew Wellness and Aesthetics—I’m feeling the best I ever have. Jessie Hammock (nurse injector) and Dr. Shelley are genuinely caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. They stay on top of cutting-edge treatments and technology and explain everything thoroughly—without ever making you feel pressured. That no-pressure environment is a huge deciding factor for me. I’m so thankful I found this team and couldn’t recommend them more!

The customer service and atmosphere was pleasant, however I was really disappointed with the diamond facial glow provided. The facial last roughly 40mins instead of a full hour and the actual pore cleansing felt like it lasted 5mins. Sad to say I didn't notice a difference before and after the appointment which is unfortunate considering price of the facial.
