beem® Light Sauna

Beem light sauna absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly, helpful and inviting. I love the way it makes me feel....energized, refreshed and ready for what lies ahead of me. Definitely the BEST part of my day. I highly recommend Beem Light Sauna!!

This place was great. So relaxing. I bought a face mask (wore that toward the end of my time after my pores opened), read my book, even watched a little Netflix. It was very clean. The manager Kaylyn gave me a tour and was very informative and kind. I enjoyed the aroma therapy towel at the end. I would definitely recommend.

Can’t recommend Beem enough. Love the infrared sessions here; I go a couple of times a week and it’s always clean, relaxing, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I leave here somehow feeling both refreshed and relaxed. Such a respite in the winter months

I loved it! My first experience was amazing - the gentlemen that greeted me was pleasant and knowledgeable .. I worried I’d be too hot from the sauna but it was enjoyable. After I felt FANTASTIC! I set up a package to try it for a month! Then I had trouble booking and reached out - Kaylyn was extremely patient and responsive to my scheduling assistance!

I love my sessions at beem! The staff is so friendly and attentive. The studio is always clean, and I love having a private room for the sessions. Online booking is super convenient, making regular sessions easy to work into my schedule.

The gentleman at the front was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time here. He gave me a tour and explained the differences. I did the 45-minute IR sauna. It was beastly hot and absolutely wonderful! I’m looking into getting a membership
