The Iron Queen

What I like about this place is that they ensure you are with the right person. My first LMP and I didn’t click - and after respectfully discussing with the manager, I had the best massage from Virgil. If you prefer someone who will treat you like a wonderful human being, please ask for him. Virgil is extremely in-tuned to his client - absolutely. He treated me me as if I was a long term devoted family member- I’ve been getting massages in this area for year and I wish I had known he was here. He unlocked my jaw and my back (deep tissue) The front desk staff is also phenomenal! Thanks again, very happy with the treatment. Oh! The stream room was great. The woman’s area is respectful of privacy and there are lockers. They have 4x size of you need, male or female. ADA friendly. Showers with shampoo, conditioner, gel, combs, towels, hair dryer for use.

I received one of the best 80 minute massages ever! Claudine was my massage therapist. She was very attentive and she didn’t skimp on my services at all. I also had the foot exfoliation included and that was the best as well. I felt so relaxed with no more tension in my body when she was done. She did a phenomenal job and I can’t wait to visit again.

I got a manicure done at the spa on our last day for an event I was competing in. I had Sonia has my manicurist. She was amazing and so nice! She gave me great advice as to how to make my nails stronger and healthier. Sonia was pleasant to speak to and it was evident she really cares about her clients. I would totally recommend this spa if you are on vacation here or just visiting! The spa was also very clean and relaxing and all of the staff I encountered were amazing to speak to!

Second time at this spa. First time was a few years ago and it was phenomenal. Now I am pregnant and in the 3rd trimester. I was so looking forward to the massage and 50 minutes that should have been incredible was really 42 minutes of mediocrity. Friendly therapist but seemed brand new to massaging based on her technique or lack there of. Not worth what I paid at all!! After the massage I was hesitant to stay for my pedicure but happy I did. This service was excellent! Different provider than the massage thankfully. Being a platinum Marriott member I would expect top tier service at all their spas like I have received here in the past. Very unfortunate especially given how much my pregnant body was looking forward to the massage. Overall spa ambiance was amazing and relaxing. Friendly staff throughout.

Sonia did a pedicure and facial on me and it was the absolute best I've ever had! She truly has the hands of an angel. She has that "mom" touch that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're ever in the area, book your services with her, you won't regret it!

Booked a last minute massage with Virgil while staying for a work trip. He was beyond professional and asked a few questions to figure out what I might like best. He was AWESOME! I get massages pretty regularly at home and during travels...generally once a month. His treatment was five stars+. This was just as good if not better with much more expensive spas across the countryI left totally relaxed and feeling better than when I walked in. Grab an appointment with him for sure.

The waiting relaxation room is tiny and the chairs on uncomfortable. The massage I had was perhaps the worst. Didn’t even feel like a massage, just someone quickly rubbing lotion on me for 50 minutes. For how robust the property is, the spa was incredibly underwhelming
