Burke Williams Day Spa

The place is nice. The staff was pleasant. And the massage was A++. But did annoyed me was the first 10 minutes was constant talking and laughing by staff outside my door. Was really hard to concentrate. Still left a tip for the masseuse but did mentioned it to the front desk. And was typically waiting for a response like, ok well remind staff. Nope, all the said , next time we will just have you in another room. Really, really? So that is why my review is as it is. Sorry but that’s how I feel. Sticking to it.

Their massage therapists are really great, especially Tev, who is a master healer. Lovely facilities and amenities. I love the aromatherapy towels and tea. I wish they had a cold room or cold pool, too. That would make it perfect.

Burke Williams Spa in Pasadena is always such a great experience! I have been here a few times already. This time, I just got a Pure Relaxation massage with the Therapist JENNIFER and it was simply PERFECT. 💯 🌿 Perfect level of pressure as I asked, relaxing and very professional. I ll definitely come back and I recommend it 100%! Super clean space and very friendly and helpful staff, thank you so much, it was a priceless moment! ❤️ As always. 🙏

I love this Pasadena location, but I love more my therapist Dyhmand, she is incredible. I have a hard time finding a therapist that could accomplish for me to relax 100 % and let me tell you she is amazing. Not only is she a professional but she is amazing at what she does. I highly recommend her.

Getting body adjustments for a few weeks now has been the highlight of my week. Dr. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable understanding and kind. I always leave the spa feeling care for and rejuvenate.
