HM Warm Spa

I contacted last minute on a Saturday night and they were prompt in responding. My partner and I both were able to get in and they even had a couples room which I did not expect but was so nice! We opted for hot stones and he wanted foot reflexology but ended up going for a half foot and half body. The women who helped us explained the difference and let us choose. I was very happy with my service. The quality, the communication check ins about pressure and temperature was perfect. The facility was close to my hotel and the neighborhood walk was peaceful. Thank you!!

Annie and Mia did an amazing job! We did a couples massage and really enjoyed it. Amy was helpful to set us up and made sure we knew to be able to ask for whatever we needed. Did this after running a marathon and felt so much better!

A wonderful experience. For my Birthday a good friend gave me 2- 90 minute massage gift certificates, I took my oldest daughter yesterday morning. The Spa is clean, the masseuses are friendly. The Spa is on point. The masseuses communicate and cater to the exact wishes of the client. I love this place and will make it my monthly treat.

Forgot to write a review for this place sooner!! My husband and I love this place. We've come here multiple times for the couple massage. Im currently pregnant and they were able to customize what they usually do into a prenatal massage that was safe and relaxing for me and baby. They also gave me a ton of those guava candies that I love so much 🥰

Lucy gave me an incredible massage!!! It’s like she was able to locate exactly where the pain was without me having to point it out. One of the best massages I’ve ever had… plus I’ve been here multiple times and always left feeling amazing no matter the masseuse. Thank you again!

My Fiancee and I were visiting Pasadena and looking for a place to have a couples massage while on vacation. This was one of the best massages I have ever had! The pressure was perfect and the massage was very comprehensive. When visiting Pasadena in the future, we will definitely come back here! 10/10 would recommend

I got the Extreme Value Foot Massage and it was AMAZING! Just wear some comfortable clothes like lightweight capri leggings or shorts and a tank top (one with a built in bra is a good option) because you leave your clothes on. Ivy did such a good job and I feel so good.
