I had an incredible massage session with Nicky today. From the moment the session started, it was clear how knowledgeable, intuitive, and skilled she is at what she does. She listened carefully, found exactly where my body needed the most work, and adjusted pressure and technique perfectly throughout the session. The massage was both deeply therapeutic and incredibly relaxing one of those sessions where you walk out feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely restored. You can tell Nicky truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results, not just a quick relaxation massage. I’ll definitely be back.

I've been going to The NOW for almost a year. The membership pricing is very reasonable considering the wonderful facilities and friendly staff. The front desk staff is always polite and helpful. I've seen a few therapists; Jamie and Russell are great. Val especially is amazing! After regular workouts and a long work trip, The Stretch + Calm Balm add-on did wonders for me. I'm so thankful Val recommended the balm. I highly recommend The NOW.

All of the staff here are super friendly and I’ve had such a great experience with my massage therapist, Martha. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better. She really takes the time to focus on the areas where I have the most tension. I’ve noticed such a big difference from seeing her regularly. I always leave feeling so much better than when I walk in. I can’t say enough good things about The NOW Spa. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest front desk team and the manager, Ko, who always makes it feel like you’re visiting a friend; one who’s completely in tune with your needs. Her warmth and attention to detail set the tone before I even stepped into the room. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and instantly calming. I’ve been dealing with a herniated disc and recently had an epidural, so I’m extremely cautious about who I trust with my back. I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. My massage therapist, Jamie, was exceptional, attentive, intuitive, and incredibly skilled. I felt safe, understood, and completely at peace, which is something I deeply value. After the massage, Ko checked in again with such care and kindness, making the whole experience feel personal and healing from start to finish. The management here truly goes above and beyond, and the overall environment is one of deep care, beauty, and professionalism. I’m beyond grateful to have found this place and can’t wait to return.

The minute one walks into the Now, their blood pressure goes down due to incredibly relaxing ambiance. They have lovely scented candles burning and comfy chairs to sit in. Russell gave me the best massage that I’ve ever had. I told him about my back issues and he heard exactly what I said. He made adjustments accordingly and I felt incredibly better and relieved after the massage. The Now makes everything easy for their clients—from validating parking, keeping you hydrated before and after your massage, etc.

I own a NOW franchise in Maryland so when I’m traveling i love to go to the other locations. I had an amazing massage done by Rachel! I have a lot of tension and "crunchy" knots in my shoulders and she really paid attention to that area. I not only felt incredibly relaxed afterwards but also like my problem areas are much less tense. Highly recommend this location if you are in the area!

As a working Mama and beauty industry professional who spends long days on my feet, I’ve been extremely disciplined in getting regular massages and body work done for over a decade now. Tonight, I came in for my massage appointment with someone I hadn’t seen before (Susana), and y’all… believe me when I say, that the massage I received, was hands DOWN in my top three massages I’ve EVER had! Susana had such a calm demeanor and her years of experience was obvious. But, what stood out to me the most, was her massage technique— everything was so seamless and fluid in a way I hadn’t experienced before. I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant, and you better BELIEVE I’ll be strategically lining up all my appointments with her until my due date! Thanks Susana, you’re so incredibly gifted at your craft! 10/10 🙂
