Cloud 9 Foot Spa Pearland

I have been a loyal client at Cloud Nine for years and even have a package there, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I called this weekend to book an appointment and the receptionist took all my information as if I were a new client, even though I’ve been coming there for years. After finally locating my account, I asked to book with Jenny. I was first told 1:00 PM was available, then told it couldn’t be booked because the room was overbooked. I was then offered a 6:00 PM appointment with Jenny, which I accepted and specifically confirmed before hanging up. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me I was not booked at all. The only option they offered was a 30-minute massage, which was not what I scheduled. After asking for a manager, I was told I could reschedule and they would comp the massage. While that may sound nice, it doesn’t fix the frustration of rearranging my schedule and showing up to an appointment that was never properly booked. When people go for a massage, it’s to relax and relieve stress — not start the experience with confusion and poor organization. Very disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. This review does not reflect the massage therapists.

I had an amazing massage experience with Mindy! The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed — firm pressure, focused attention to my problem areas, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Kendall at the front desk was also incredible. She was welcoming, kind, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. She made the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and comfortable. Great service all around — I’ll definitely be back!

Loved my massage! It was my first time at this place. The atmosphere is very nice here too. I had a 40/40 feet/body massage with Jensen and it was really good.

I can’t say enough great things about Mr. William at Cloud 9 Foot Spa! I’ve had about 10 massages with him, and every single time he delivers an amazing experience. He is extremely skilled, attentive, and always makes sure I leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. His technique is consistent, professional, and truly therapeutic. If you’re looking for the best massage therapist, I highly recommend booking with Mr. William—you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time at Cloud 9 Pearland. The facility is clean and calm. I got the 30 minute foot and 30 minute body massage. Mindy applied just the right amount of pressure. I’m already looking forward to my next massage!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at Cloud 9 Spa with Micheal is always awesome! His massage technique is absolutely incredible—both relaxing and therapeutic. He is highly skilled, attentive, and really knows how to find and work through tension while still making the experience soothing and restorative. I lalway leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely at ease. Micheal creates a comfortable, professional atmosphere and truly cares about his clients’ well-being. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage, I highly recommend booking with him. He’s awesome at what he does!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and always enjoy it. Especially recently with Mindy- she definitely focuses on the most important areas and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the way. I’ll definitely be booking with her in the future.
