Elements Massage

I love the Elements Massage Happy Valley location. From all the ladies up front who help manage appointment and the office, to the cleanliness of the facility, to the wide range of options we have in terms of add-on’s and massage therapists, Elements Happy Valley has been the best. I’ve had massages in luxury resorts in the US and abroad, and nothing compares to this place in terms of the quality of the massage. My therapist, Tisheena has been incredible. She is warm, friendly, listens to my needs for the session and then tackles those needs 100%. I had been seeing a different massage therapist for over a year (Jennifer) but she recently moved to CA, leaving me with the need to find someone new. I hoped I’d find someone to fill her shoes quickly and Tisheena has filled those shoes and then some. Thank you Tisheena!

I absolutely love my experience with Shannon. She is professional, attentive, and truly listens to what my body needs. Her touch is both relaxing and therapeutic, and I always leave feeling refreshed, relieved, and completely at ease. The atmosphere she creates is calming and welcoming, making every session something I genuinely look forward to. Shannon’s skill and care really set her apart.

Had a facial with May on Christmas Eve as a gift, and I loved every second of it! May is very knowledgeable about skin health, and the products she uses. It was nice that she was not too talkative in order to create a more peaceful & relaxing experience, but yet whenever I had questions she gladly answered them. I’m sure that if you asked her to explain all the things she is doing if you’d like, she’d also be happy to share that info too. She is definitely in her element I have extremely dry, mature skin, but by the time I left, my skin felt SUPER hydrated without feeling oily at all. This was a relaxing and peace-filled experience that left me feeling pampered and well cared for. The staff is friendly and kind.

I didnt have the great experience I had expected. First, i filled out the forms on line, but when i got there it was stated they didnt receive it. I had to do the forms all over. 2. My therapist outter appearance took me by surprise. 3. My therapist did not touch the areas I had specified and filled out on the forms. 4. The therapist kept sniffing and I had to ask if he needed to take a moment to blow his nose? And he did. He used sanitizer to clean hands and proceeded to give massage. Covid is real and i wasnt sure if he had allergies or a cold. He should've had on a mask. I had forgot mine in the car. 5.He started massaging my face (that was not on my check off). Then he started tapping on my forehead. I asked what was the reason for the tapping and he stated it was to wake up the 3rd eye! Now that made me very uncomfortable. You are not to practice your beliefs on your clients. Clearly I will not be back. To be honest i want my money back!!!! 6. On top of all that the front desk clerk did not foward my receipt to my email address as she said she would. I am literally frustrated! I am not a satisfied customer. I would've much preferred to have gone to Massage Ivy.

Was in town for just 1 night and realized on the plane I could use a massage. Was able to find and book a perfectly timed appointment on the day of! The space is warm, cozy, and calming. The whole team was friendly, and the therapist I worked with, Kelly, was great. I live across the country, but I'd be a regular if I was local!

I was gifted a few massages at this location. I received my massages from Sherri. Very impressed with her techniques and how professional and caring she is. I left feeling great and would highly recommend her for a massage if you are booking at this location!

Shari V is amazing!! She is the best massage therapist I have come across. She goes above and beyond and truly cares how you feel. She is very professional and I would highly recommend her.
