Lori did my massage yesterday and it was amazing. The stones and the pressure She used in my massage with amazing. Would recommend her any time. However my daughter got a massage with someone else at the same time and thought it was the worst massage she ever had. So I definitely would book with lori if you were going to get a massage here.

It was a glorified back rub. And my therapist had her earbuds in while massaging and I could hear her music as well as the meditation music in the room. The massage table must not have been level cuz it moved while I got my back rub. Not quite the experience I was expecting for a resort spa massage and the price. She never asked if the level of pressure was good or if I had any concentration spots. Not that it mattered cuz it was basically a back rub like when you ask someone to put suntan lotion on your back.

Therapist provided less than 45 minutes of hands on time. During that 45 minute window, she washed her hands, so I got to hear that/the sink blasting during my time on the table. Zero consultation, and the entire routine had a rushed feel. Massage was not luxurious or relaxing. Spouse received the same abbreviated experience, and did not receive much deep pressure despite adding the therapeutic upgrade. Would not return or recommend.

Oh. My. God. Best massage I’ve ever had. Ezekiel was intelligent and intentional in his work. I’m relocating to the east coast and wish I wasn’t now because I’d be back every week and request him specifically. Michelle at the reception was also lovely. I forgot my necklaces in my robe and she immediately called me to tell me. She was extremely professional and kind. The picture I’ve included is of the sign that is RIGHT IN FRONT of the spa. If you see it, park. Do not keep driving down the street. The signage throughout property is pretty terrible so hopefully it gets fixed. I’m not directionally challenged and still got lost. Overall, a great experience.

Friendly and welcoming. Priced very reasonably. Chaka did color highlights and a cut and I feel like 1 million bucks.

The staff and massage therapist were amazing. Michelle greeted me with a smile and was very professional and friendly. Robert did an amazing job with the deep tissue massage. He asked about my problem areas before the massage started and did a great job focusing on the areas. He was absolutely amazing! I would have rated this facility a 5, but my expectations on the facility was less than what I expected…especially for the amount of the services. The only reason I may go back when I come through Phoenix again is if I am able to book with Robert. Thanks for the great service experience!
