Mediocre... The rooms are clean the set up is pleasing. The pillows suck so much bring your own!!! The service as far as I've experienced is attentive. They recognize or respond to needs if needed! Breakfast is an amazing spread 😋! Bathroom may have gross lotion bottles.

The staff is one of the most impressive parts of this location. The staff at the front desk were excellent upon our arrival. They were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and well kept. The location is clutch if the strip district is the place you plan on visiting the most. It's a short walk to most of the main hub areas of the strip. The pool and hot tub were clean, which having an indoor pool is a plus for the kids. The breakfast was better than expected and always well stocked. Overall, the staff here makes this place a great stay for a quick Pittsburgh trip. Well done.

What a gem of a hotel! We booked a room here somewhat last minute as we had an opportunity come up to attend a Steelers game. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost of the room considering it was the day of a game, and it's typically not cheap to stay in Pittsburgh for games. The hotel was incredibly clean and very up-to-date. The location of the hotel was great, as we had an easy walk to the Strip District to do some shopping before heading home and a very short Lyft/Uber ride to get to the stadium. It was easy to get in and out of while driving, the parking lot was clean and safe, and the free parking was an added bonus! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lady working the front desk at check-in was very pleasant. The lady working at check-out barely looked up from her computer or acknowledged us, but maybe she was just busy. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff. Especially Holly at the front desk. She was a ray of sunshine during a very hard time for me and made my stay so much easier. Thank you all for everything. This hotel is beautiful and clean. Very comfortable here.

I rarely review hotels unless I have a great experience. This hotel provided a great experience! The rooms were normal Hampton Inn rooms…clean and tidy with the usual accommodations. What sets this hotel apart is the service. Holly checked us in at the front desk and was exceptional. She had great recommendations for places to visit in the neighborhood, got us checked-in early, and offered to help with anything we needed during our stay. She was welcoming and friendly and so helpful. When we came back from our evening activities, it was storming outside and there was no parking available in the hotel lot. The night desk clerk (I didn’t catch his name) walked into the parking lot with me (in the rain) and showed me some extra spaces where I could park. He stayed in the parking lot with me till I parked, offered to help unload the car, and made sure I got back inside safely. Fantastic service!! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Have stayed here twice for appts my child had in Pittsburgh. Fairly easy to get to children's from here. Free on-site parking. Pool is open late. Wish they worked more with costumers for booking negotiations instead of having to use a 3rd party booking site to help with cost. Would prefer to book directly when possible.

Great location and that’s what you’re paying for. Right in the heart of it all. Staff was amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable. As a regular Hilton user (diamond) they stood out as some of the best I’ve experienced. Our room was mediocre at best…felt old/dated, musty, etc. Was suprised after reading rave reviews of the rooms. Maybe not all are updated? Out overall I’d return for the location and a staff that truly seems to care…a rarity these days.
