My service was great! It was very easy to travel to the shop. I was hoping to find someone a bit more closer to where I live, and I’m glad I found this shop! I love how my locs looks and the clean parting as well. I will be definitely going back!

Just got a perm and got tape ins. She took her time and they look amazing. Her price was beyond fair and the best pricing for tape ins I've seen in Pittsburgh. Would highly recommend. I will not go to anyone else for my tape ins!!! Thank you so much!
My son got his dreads serviced here! They turned out wonderful. I brought my 5yr old as well, he got a hair cut. I was completely satisfied. Fair prices. So many other services to offer. Wonderful place!! Zen is so calm

I brought my 90 year old mother there, without an appointment, (I don’t think they were actually open) and the owner graciously spent time with my mom and gave her a BEAUTIFUL manicure. I do not live in the area(Ocean City, New Jersey) but was so impressed with Me’chelle I told my brother about it and he made sure to bring her back. He too was impressed (for a guy). We have had challenges getting her back, because of Covid, but look forward to returning. My now, 93 year old mom, is in desperate need of a well deserved spa day!
