We could not be happier with this purchase! Working with Steve was amazing- he helped us determine which hot tub would be right for us and there was zero pressure to purchase. He helped us get the best deal possible and has been readily available for questions. Our hot tub was delivered today- Michael and Caleb were incredible! They made moving a massively heavy thing look easy, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions.

We Purchased a Caldera Utopia series Niagra hot tub a year ago. The purchase process was very pleasant and we were professionally guided to make the right choice for us. Since the purchase there has been an occasional need for advice. Monica has been unbelievably helpful in that regard. Quickly getting us the information to resolve our issue. Steve was amazing to work with. I ended up buying my hot tub sight unseen and Steve made the process seamless. He even referred me to an electrician who got the wiring ready ahead of time. Delivery and install was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Zakk and Michael did an amazing job delivering my hot tub! They were professional, careful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My model is quite large and heavy, but they handled it with skill and attention to detail, making sure everything was placed perfectly.
