bought a spa 2-1/2 years ago from the la county fair. i was told it had an amazing warranty but would probably never need it. my spa is now leaking after 2-1/2 years. i called in for the warranty and now being informed that "if" it is covered there will be a $165 service charge for the travel to my house 9 miles away? be aware of this kind of stuff from cal spas. after 5 calls with customer service, the manager was nice enough to cover this one time service fee.

Cal Spas has been so great and so easy to work with as a dealer located here in Asheville, NC. We carry different manufacturer's hot tubs and by far, they have the best top quality products as well as top notch customer service. Our sales rep; Bernie is outstanding and always has an answer if we are ever in need. The production process is very quick and timely as well, even if they are shipped from CA to NC. Another very positive factor is that these are made in the USA and therefore we are not experiencing the excessive tariff surcharges as most.
