I had a 1 hour massage, which was good. They certainly have practices that I am not used to. She left the room twice because men came in requesting to be seen. It was a bit questionable. But, overall, my massage was good and a good price.

Spent $150 on gift certificate for a facial for my aunt for Christmas. She said it was the most half-assed facial she ever received. No scrubs, no steam machine, the person was obviously not an experienced esthetician and did NO consultation, it was not relaxing, and it was over in less than an hour. Too many other places in the area where you can get a better value. I'm so angry that I wasted $150 on a service that was worth MAYBE $65.

I was one of the unlucky ones to experience one word communication, a small blanket to cover me on the massage table, a massage that was hard when it was supposed to be a Swedish, the door to the room left open, the person leaving the room four times, the forced tip and let's add that the massage started out with no lotion or oil until I asked and also a guy came in asking for a "housewife". I was not relaxed at all and wanted to leave $10 on the $70 bill but she google translated that they take 20% tip and charged me $15 instead of $14. I will never go back. It was such a disappointment. They should pay attention to the complaints, notice that they're all the same and do something about it. One good thing was the leg massage and just maybe that hard back and shoulder massage loosened me up. We'll see. Just a creepy experience. Update: Not for nothing, I felt and still feel great after that rough massage. Like, great. Maybe I will go back.

We did a couples massage, my wife and I have been traveling and been nonstop moving. They did an amazing job. Rosa & Lucy did an amazing job! They were very respectful and for our first times walked us through what to do! Next time I’m in Florida I’ll definitely have to visit again!!
