The Sawgrass Spa

I stayed at the property and got access to the spa amenities for free with my gold Marriott membership (or higher); otherwise it’s about $20 I believe! It has a jacuzzi (max 7 ppl) , dry & wet sauna; showers, relaxation room, coffee:tea bar with fruits, nuts and water; heated outdoor pool and mini bar. The gym is also equipped with all the basics.

Dropped my husband off at TPC Sawgrass and headed right over to The Spa. Arrived at 9:30 napped in the relaxation room until my 11:00 CBD wrap with scalp and foot treatments, which was incredible, then got a the most relaxing facial of my life. Everything was clean. Each employee I encountered was a delight. You do not need to stay at the hotel to enjoy The Spa.

It’s hard to believe Marriott Sawgrass hosts PGA events but its Spa is so sad. I recently received a 50 minute massage here for $171.00. The facilities beyond the lobby are dated. In the locker room there was an artificial plant on display in disrepair and so covered with dust it should be trashed. When you go to a Spa, you expect the shower to have a wow factor. Not at here. One shower head with barely enough pressure to get the soap rinsed off. The tiles in the shower and sauna/steam room/whirlpool areas were in desperate need of replacement. I got the impression they were original to the building. Every staff member and my massage therapist were excellent. It’s sad they don’t have the facilities to work in that match their level of excellence.

Got a day pass to enjoy the pool, sauna and other amenities plus lunch. Staff was very friendly and kind particularly the woman’s attendant Rosa. As a local, it was really nice to enjoy a staycation for the day!

I had a massage here with Jennifer and she was AWESOME! Very professional and perfect pressure without me even commenting. I plan to come back and see her again. I'm a local and chose to get my massage here for access to the pool and facilities. I thought the showers and jacuzzi are dated but everything was functional and the cafe was good as well. Made a great treat of a spa day! Edited to add that the front desk staff was also very kind and welcoming (Faleesha I think). I think maybe the spa made a change since the negative reviews.

Had a massage with Giovanni and it was truly amazing. He was able to massage my hands and feet wonderfully and it felt peaceful and still when done

Spa Grass is an oasis of calm! From the moment I walked in, the serene atmosphere washed over me. My massage was heavenly, melting away all the stress. The staff are skilled and attentive. Left feeling completely rejuvenated and peaceful. Highly recommend this blissful escape!
