You can always tell when a massage therapist truly enjoys their work—and Star definitely does. I had a session with her today and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever received: strong and therapeutic, yet gentle and relaxing at the same time. The experience as a whole was equally enjoyable. I spent time in the sauna beforehand and really appreciated the thoughtful setup with two separate spaces—one silent and one social. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-designed without being over-the-top. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

If you love the sauna, visit this wonderful facility. I’ve visited twice and can’t wait to go again. The facility is clean, relaxing, and gives you a chance to unplug from the world and relax. Follow the steps to Sauna "rules" just inside the locker room and you will be set! I have yet to add a massage to my time there, but look forward to the day I do.

Had a little get-together at Loyly with a few friends the day before my wedding. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The environment itself is so serene, clean and comfortable. The shower facilities are awesome, along with the robes provided and optional add-ons like face masks and tea. Their eucalyptus body wash smells amazing. We will be back!

Got squeezed in at the last minute and had a lovely time. The front staff are very nice and the tea is amazing! Can’t speak to the other services like massage and facials since I didn’t try them but the sauna facility is great. recommend.

I used to love this place, as I have visited several times. However because I liked it so much, I purchased a sauna package. And because life gets busy, I couldn't use my sauna package within the 3 month "grace period" and thus, they did not allow me to use my remaining sessions. I don't understand why they couldn't honor sauna sessions that I paid for. I will never be returning because of this.

My experience here was transcendent and it’s all because of Delaney. She is a miracle worker with the strongest lithe hands that worked their magic! My pain has always been an issue for me but ever since I’ve been coming to see Delaney, the difference has been night and day.

I go here every time I am in town. This is a lovely retreat located in middle of the city. Spending 2 hours here rejuvinates me for the rest of the week. It reminds me to be calm and quiet in body and mind. However it is not overly stuffy. I often come here with my sister to catch and relax. The pricing is a good value for what you get. The staff is nice. There are swimsuits for rent if you forget yours There are single sex days of you want the option to go âu natural though my bun prefers to be covered. They give you a towel to sit on but the sauna gets hot!
