The Zen Spot

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful date night at The Zen Spot trying out their private couples massage instruction. The staff was very polite and inviting. Our instructor, Jami, was very knowledgeable. She was easy to understand and did a great job at explaining how to improve and how to apply our new knowledge at home. They did great at making us feel comfortable. It’s a unique and fun date night if you’re in the area!

Such a beautiful, relaxing space with incredible People and offerings. They think of everything to make you feel so cared for. This is my new favorite spot. Absolutely recommend!! Thank you zen spot!

I scheduled a Reiki (energy work) session here. This place has such a warm atmosphere! I felt even more at home here than I do at home. There are so many plants which give it a very comfortable feeling. The whole place was very clean. It was so easy to relax and let the staff take care of everything. I felt so much better by the time I left. This place is a must for finding your Zen!

My husband and I did the Time/Out session and it was absolutely wonderful! Jami has done such a beautiful job with the space and Luciana was amazing as well! Not enough kind words to describe our experience.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE. Luciana & Jami truly went above and beyond to make sure that myself and my Partner felt comfortable, and safe. Massage can be vulnerable, they are so comforting. Not to mention we feel better than we have in years after receiving their services. Highly recommend the Barefoot Massage, & Recover Treatments. Can’t wait to come back.

I have been going to Jami for help with pain and tightness in my shoulders and upper back and have been amazed at how much she has helped me. She is a genius, incredibly talented, and she really understands the human body. Her approach to massage and bodywork is tailored to your actual needs rather than just simply running through a routine. The Zen Spot has so many really cool, unique, and functional experiences. It is a beautiful and relaxing space. A true gift in a downtown Provo!

Hi, my partner and I spent 500$ 6 months ago for a couples massage that came with how-to massage videos, and we haven’t heard back from you for the videos since. You have not answered my multiple attempts at reaching you. If I do not hear back from you within the month, I will have to proceed as you being a scam.
