This place never disappoints. Always have the best experience. Highly recommend Khoa for the massage portion. He is incredible and does such a fantastic job. So sweet and made me feel so relaxed! Everyone is so kind!
I’ve been here multiple times, and they always do a great job! I tried several other nail salons in the area before deciding this was my favorite. I don’t feel like the "reflexology" is true reflexology (does really put/hold pressure on reflexology points the way I would expect), but it is still hands down a wonderful massage and worth every penny!
Wow! What a find! It doesn't look much from the outside, but is quite the foot gem on the inside. Standard pedicure services available along with reflexology and foot detox. I did the detox and reflexology combo. Absolute heaven! Clean facility and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Restroom is available. Free parking. If there aren't any spaces directly in front, you can just drive around to the other side of the street. Recommend making an appointment ahead of time. You can book online. Very popular! See photos for menu and prices.
I absolutely love relax foot spa. It is so quiet and has such a calming atmosphere. you will feel like you have transcended into some type of spa resort once you walk in here. I love to take as many girlfriends as I can when I go just to share the relaxing experience with them. I love to get the pedicure as well as the 30 minute massage. They really only deal with feet so don't go there with the expectation that you can also get a full set or even a manicure. They strictly only deal with feet and or massages from the knees down. They also do massages for your arms as well, however you don't get undressed for anything. The prices are a tad bit higher than average nail salons however the experience makes up for the cost and the calmness that will come over you as you are receiving the services. I always go here every year on my birthday as a gift to myself and it is well worth it! The staff are super nice and very attentive. If you've never been here before, I say treat yourself at least once on your birthday or for some special occasion and take yourself to the relax foot Spa. Oh, I also took all my bridesmaids for wedding prep! 😊
Wow! Such a relaxing experience. Took my daughter for a girls day out and was great experience and very impressed with pricing for the time spent. My feet feel amazing!
I purchased a "girly package" with a reflexology massage and a pedicure. It was $84 without tax. I think that is pricey! 💰💰💰 The massage included arms, neck and shoulders, not just feet. The massage is done in a low lit side room, which is separated with curtains. Some sections are set up for two people, and others are set up for larger groups. There are large, comfy recliners to sit in for the massage. However, it can be a bit distracting because you can hear other customers around you and some of the staff walk through to get in and out of the area. With the massage and the pedicure, I felt very relaxed and my legs and feet were very smooth and soft. My feet were tired and achy but felt much better after my appointment. My toenails looked great, too. I still think it’s overpriced — I was not even offered a water or drink, like other similar places do.
Never again. I decided to finally take some time for myself today after my family and I recently moved to the area. After long days of unpacking, I thought a foot massage would be a nice treat. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. Despite the website stating that walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, I wasn’t greeted warmly upon arrival. I would have been perfectly fine making an appointment for another day if needed, but the initial interaction set an uncomfortable tone. I do want to thank the reflexologist and manicurist — both provided great service and were professional and kind throughout my visit. However, during my pedicure, several employees without clients gathered in the back area and were extremely loud. The noise carried through the open door, which was especially frustrating given the numerous signs posted asking guests to remain quiet for the consideration of others and to silence phones. It made it very difficult to relax. To make matters worse, while my toes were drying (since gel polish isn’t offered), a man sat nearby watching me, which made me feel uncomfortable — as though I was being monitored rather than trusted to pay afterwards. When I went to pay, the woman at the front desk was curt and dismissive, which was the final disappointment. Overall, this experience left a poor impression. I work hard for my money and expect at least a courteous atmosphere when paying for self-care. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I hope this isn’t reflective of the customer service standards in the Briar Creek area.
