Sauna House Raleigh

This place is exactly what Raleigh needed!! It is so inviting with natural lighting, great ambiance, and plants everywhere. There’s plenty of space designed in a way that makes sense. Two saunas, two cold plunges in different temps, lots of heated seating, showers, and a truly relaxing warm pool that’s open to the outside air/weather. So happy to have secured a founding membership - will be encouraging all of my friends to join & excited to continue on my own wellness journey routinely in my city, finally 🙃.

UPDATE: Two days after original post: Some of the best customer service. Attached an image to show how great. They not only fixed the problem, but followed up when I was unable to quickly respond. They have earned my business and loyalty. Hoping to have a resolution from the owners for the many issues with the founding membership at the new Raleigh location. I will update this review with the resolution- or if none list the various issues and dates of issues. However, I believe in giving the business the opportunity to correct this first.

WOW! What an experience. One incredible Nordic bathhouse. My dad, wife and I enjoyed a 2 hour visit to the saunas and pools

The Sauna House exceeded our expectations. Kevin provided us a great tour and it followed by a 1.5 hour experience. We enjoyed clean showers followed by a clean sauna experience and cold bath immersions. Cycling through these experiences provided a great Nordic style themed evening and took us out of our routine and into a tranquil evening feeling relaxed and restored. We would definitely consider a monthly pass through this unique Raleigh business that allows you the opportunity to unwind from your busy life.
