I recently took a Prenatal Massage continuing education 2 day course from Shanntae. I love when you take a CE and at the end you feel confident implementing the new techniques into your practice. I recommend this course to any therapists, new or established to refresh and/or learn a prenatal massage routine you will feel comfortable doing.

Had an amazing experience with the 60 minute Thai deeep tissue massage. I've been having a ton of shoulder problems and this was a huge help. I train a lot of martial arts so definitely recommend this to any athletes out there to get bodywork done to enhance recovery and ensure longevity in your career. Will definitely be booking again! Shawntae is amazing. I had my first prenatal massage today. I was expecting a prenatal massage would be more relaxing than legit bodywork, but not with Shawntae! She has some great techniques and a really comfy setup so you’re supported whether you’re on your back or your front. That means she could still give really good pressure all while my 29-week belly stayed safe and comfy. I will absolutely be back before I deliver and after.

I recently had my first ever massage with Shawntae and she was exceptional! She not only walked me through what to expect during the session, but she also asked for my chief complaints and some of my preferences. Her communication was excellent throughout the session! By the time we were done, I felt like I had taken a nap! Shawntae is a great massage therapist, but most importantly, an amazing and friendly personality!
