Spa West

The services and the individuals providing them are always amazing. However, I was tempted to cancel my membership today due to my last few visits considering the front desk. I always book for 4 services, 2 for my husband and 2 for myself and then I rent out the locker room and on my last visit my requested masseuse and facial was changed without my knowledge. The front desk also allowed another man to come into the locker room while we were in it and my husband had to tell him to leave. This visit I again scheduled us for the private locker room and 2 services each and when I asked for 1 more mini orange juice because they had only bought us 2 they argued with me and told me that there are only 2 of us so we only get 2 drinks, I explained that I paid for 4 services in total for the day and that it’s 1 drink per service as described for the membership and that I have never had this issue within the last 3 years I’ve been a loyal member, at that point she started looking at me like I was stupid and just repeated that there’s 2 of us.

Arie is the best, she always makes sure I’m comfortable. Her facials are relaxing and beneficial. Arie maintains her professionalism while being knowledgeable about products and services she provides. Spa West I find to be by far the best Spa I’ve been to. Great job to all the staff and thank you for the experience.

Don't let the parking lot fool you! The place is amazing with amazing girls! We had a couples spa day. 4 of us total from out of town wanted to hang out together and have a relaxing day. Spa West did that for us! We had our own private lounge that included snacks and mimosas. There were showers, lockers and a sauna in our lounge. We all had massages and facials. In between our services, we met in our room, had a drink and a laugh and went to the next service. Courtney did my facial and it was one of the best facials I have ever had! Megan is a great massage therapist. She made me feel very welcome and relaxed. It was such a great experience for all four of us! Would definitely recommend to anyone !

Best massage ever. Bianca is an excellent wellness provider who was very thoughtful and attentive to my needs. I left feeling like a million bucks and will definitely be requesting her for my future appointments!

Overall it was an okay experience for me. I went in for a signature gel mani and pedi and may have expected way more than what my recent experience was. For my mani, It was very basic like, trim my nails, my cuticles, filing etc. not even soaking my hands in water first, no hot towel, not scrub, no lotion or massage at the end of my mani, like I’m used to everywhere I’ve gone. I wasn’t even offered a drink until I was in the middle of my pedi, I may have expected more I guess, but I think for what I pay these days for any services like this, it should be part of feeling pampered that’s why I do it as often as I could. But in this case I would totally be more choosy and read more reviews.

My partner and I always stop by here to get a couples massage when we stay at Reno. It's a beautiful facility with great amenities. This is the third time we had massages here and this time they were okay but the first two times they were way better. It just depends on the massage therapist that you get. Staff is super sweet and attentive and even after an overcharge they were quick to fix it. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

We were greeted gracefully, filled out paper work. Had a great aromatherapy massage. Given some cheese and grapes crackers and lemon water. Super great bday surprise.
