Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

My experience with Hand and Stone Short Pump was top notch!! The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. I truly felt cared for. The entire experience was luxurious and I felt like "that woman" living the soft life. If you have not already had your spa day at Hand and Stone, sis what are you waiting for? My experience at Hand and Stone has been amazing. I have been going frequently, getting the Basic Facial from Jade, and she has been a great technician. She helps me understand my skin type and provides next steps each visit. I’ve seen a great improvement with the texture of my skin. I could not recommend Jade more!

It’s such a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for both facials and massages. Hailie does a fantastic job and always has me leaving feeling confident and refreshed. Since I’ve been seeing her, my skin has stayed hydrated and clear—she’s truly the best esthetician I’ve ever had! Hailie always makes sure I’m comfortable and happy with each facial appointment. I just received the best massage from Ms. Terri. The hot rocks massage have me feeling looser and ready for anything. I recommend you get a massage from Ms. Terri, you'll be feeling great afterward. Loose muscles and less tension will have you feeling ready to take on any challenge.

I got my first professional massage here and WOW I've been missing out. I got the first time introductory massage and Faith was my therapist. She got into tense spots I didn't even know I had. It was super easy and convenient to schedule my appointment. The woman at the desk was also very friendly and calming.

Overall okay experience. Paperwork is highly extensive, which I’m glad they’re thorough but it was a little overwhelming. However, the main reason for 2 stars is that one of the massage therapists used latex gloves during the massage. Which made it feel more like a doctor’s office/exam than a relaxing massage. I’ve had many massages in the past at lots of places, and have never had that experience. Even if they were softer massage mits if that were the therapist’s preference, that would have been better than latex.

King did an excellent job! I had 90min hot stone, cold stone facial massage, and did some light stretching. He is professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
