My wife and I love coming here for a quick getaway. This place is always clean , smells amazing , the staff is great and both Ashely and Tammy are master of their craft. We typically visit 2-3 times a year and are always satisfied.

Spa … average. Prices … average. You can absolutely get more for your money at other spas. I looked at the awards … all 10 years or more old. Place needs a facelift for sure … it’s small … tight … and everything is out of date … not charming. If you want hot water ladies … shower in the eucalyptus steam room if it’s working. Do not order food unless you want a $40 lunch to triple in cost without warning. Don’t worry … you won’t get a receipt. And I’m not being frugal … this was over a $1000 day to which I was looking forward. The massage itself … again … average … not transformative during or after. It was like going through the movements of a great experience that missed the mark on every level except for Haley who provided me with comfort during the massage. She def knew how to read the room. The Mission Inn gets such great press … but we had only an adequate experience.

I called twice morning of NYE to see if I could get a wax. I understand it’s a holiday but no one answered both times. I decided to walk over since I saw they offer spa memberships and wanted to find a place to get my monthly facials if I move to Riverside. Though I couldn’t get an appointment, it smelled sooooooo good I’m leaving a 5 star review for the amazing smell of this spa lol. I’ll plan ahead with an appointment next time, but I’m very much looking forward to coming back 💖

My husband and I love coming here at least every three months. It’s a nice way for us to relax and get pampered for a little bit. We typically spend a little bit more and get a couples massage with an aromatherapy baths, and the casita for a little long.

I loved Kelly Spa for years!!. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them & then right after COVID when they reopened, I was ripped off for more than $600 dollars in services NEVER received, but charged to my credit card. No one ever addressed the issue & I was passed around to several people with no resolution. That $600 cost them well over $6k because I have NEVER gone back there. Unfortunately now for years I take my money to other spas in other cities instead of spending it locally in the IE.

I have always come here for a wonderful experience, however in Feb 2020, right before Covid, I booked a weekend getaway with full services for my cousin and I, the guy who did my massage use a massage gun the whole time and never actually gave me a massage, I was so disappointed I didn't return, then life happened and I was diagnosed with leukemia and I missed coming here so much my family decided to gift me a package at the spa and the staff and services were amazing, however a few things I noticed, the shower next to the steam room hardly worked and the hot water came and went leaving cold water to shower with, the amenities have definitely been cut back and the mouthwash tasted so watered down that it was pointless to use, they no longer offer nuts in the relaxation rooms only fruit, they give you 2 hot tea options and they are very bitter, I didn't get the cheese plate that come with my package, but the lady got me some chocolate covered strawberries, I am not big on chocolate, but the fact she did that was kind, you get access to the pool and hot tub, but since you share it with the hotel guests it is hard to get a sit and I went alone, then as I was leaving I was charged $20 for parking, they no longer give you free parking even after spending $500 in services and no one told me anything about only getting a discount. I was taken a back, but again it is nothing negative on the staff, they are doing their jobs, but definitely can tell ownership cutting back. I do have to mention the woman and the woman's real. I believe she is the older Mexican lady, but if not mexican, please accept my apologies. However, she truly made the experience relaxing. She was on it and constantly asking, if I needed anything, making sure it was comfortable. She truly was the rock star. She even asked if I was celebrating anything which the staff at the front desk didn't even ask, I was celebrating my birthday, beating leukemia and making it through a tough year.
