I would highly recommend coming to see Kate at Gold Leaf Spa. She is one of the Best massage therapists I have ever been to. She adds some extra and unique touches, lemon water on arrival, chocolate at the end, love the hot towels, neck pillow and eye mask. I just love and appreciate her attention to detail. The room is so inviting, relaxing and you won’t ever want to leave. Thank you Kate!

Kate was my MT. The environment was great. Very relaxing and clean and inviting. The massage was average at best. I requested firm pressure. 20% of the massage was firm pressure. My hips were not touched all though I expressed my hips being an area of discomfort and need of tension release..... I'd say it felt like they were afraid to "hurt" an area I came here to get relief in and avoided it instead of treating it. My husband and I received a 90 minute couples massage with wine and chocolate after. We chose 90 minutes with hopes the massage would be effective rather than a once over routine being able to predict what's next. My hands were massaged less than 2 minutes total. I would return if I knew the massage would improve. It was too small of a space to be as luxury of an experience as they are trying to offer also. Almost "try hard". No noise privacy for talking. I hope my honest feedback is helpful.

Kate has been my massage therapist for 10 years, at least… I schedule once a month. It is an opportunity to allow myself to truly relax and escape the outside world. Hot towels, hot stones, and excellent therapeutic massage in a nurturing environment. Today was a 15 out of 10!

We had a wonderful couples massage by Kate and Jen. They made us feel very relaxed and the champagne / chocolate was a very nice touch. Highly recommend

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Gold Leaf Spa in Irondequoit! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and relaxing. We were greeted with refreshing water with an orange slice, which was such a nice touch. Our couples massage was absolutely wonderful—Jennifer and Kate were both very professional and provided relaxing, enjoyable massages that left us feeling refreshed and renewed. Afterward, we were treated to tea and a mini charcuterie bowl, which was the perfect finishing touch to the experience. We highly recommend Gold Leaf Spa! They offer a variety of massage options, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful couples massage today. Kate and Jen (I believe her name was) were sweet, attentive, and very respectful of our relaxation during our massage. My boyfriend keeps saying he feels "elastic" now

I have had two incredible experience at Gold Leaf Spa with Kate! She is absolutely amazing — incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and truly skilled at what she does. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She knows exactly how to work out the tension while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. The atmosphere at the spa is so calming and peaceful, and those hot towels? Honestly, they’re my favorite part — such a perfect touch! Kate is the real deal!
