My best friend and I had the most incredible experience at your spa today! It was PERFECTION from start to finish! Brittany is so friendly, communicative and prompt when replying to emails, so that’s was a great start! When we arrived at the spa, the techs met us at the door with huge smiles on their faces! It was so inviting to be greeted at the door and walked up to such a beautiful and serene space. We felt so special! The changing room is so comfortable and is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the decor and relaxing vibe so much! It is obvious that Brittany carefully and mindfully handpicked every piece of decor and furniture to curate the space and make it perfect for her staff and clients. We were immediately offered water and wine…we felt so spoiled! Then we were brought into the treatment room which was equally as beautiful, comfortable and serene. Everything was perfect from the lighting to the calming sounds/music to the temperature! The cleanliness of the entire spa was perfect as well! Finally, we can’t speak highly enough about our techs, Anna and Tayana (please accept my deepest apologies if I misspelled their names). They were incredibly friendly, personable and professional. We truly felt cared for by both of them. Brittany has created such a gem in Rochester, and we cannot wait to come back again! We’re so grateful for such a perfect day!

I had the pleasure of having the owner, Brittany do my treatment and cut! She is seriously the sweetest and her business is INCREDIBLE! If you are looking for a head spa seriously look no further. I just know her business is going to keep thriving! I feel so relaxed and refreshed after the head spa luxe and ends refreshed, it’s just what I needed. She truly went above and beyond! My sister and I had our appointments together. Both ladies were very personable and sweet. I felt like we knew them forever. The masage and hair/head treatment were relaxing. The music and scent in the air was a spa experience for sure. The facility was very clean and chic. The service was totally notch and I am so thankful to these women for a great service and experience. I will definitely be back.

Had an amazing time at the Luxury Head Spa! My friend and I had a duo appointment to celebrate our birthdays and it was everything we hoped it would be. The space is stunning, the staff is attentive and pleasant, the service is *chefs kiss* amazing. I highly recommend treating yourself. It is well worth it.

I had such a relaxing and wonderful experience at Luxury Head Spa. The space itself is serene and inviting, and there is plenty of parking across the street, which makes access super easy. The staff were professional, polite, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The head spa treatment was absolutely amazing — incredibly relaxing and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed.
