Stopped by the spa for the first time yesterday and was really impressed. The front desk attendant, Mark, was super easy to talk to and walked me through everything without making it feel rushed. The place was clean, organized, and welcoming. I appreciated how professional he was and how relaxed the vibe felt once I got settled in. I’ll be back for sure.
Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Sauna, steam room, weight room, locker room and private rooms. Attendant Mark goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
The dry and steam sauna both could use some easy basic cleaning. Both looked neglected. Not even for a day or 2. Looked neglected for weeks. None of the hand sanitizer things had anything in them (both bathrooms were busy). No water fountain, they make you buy water at 3x the cost. Was a Saturday night, went from 7-10pm. Was around 5ppl there. Never saw a bathhouse dead on a Saturday night. Ive been to Toronto Steamworks, Syracuse Reds Gym, Cleveland Flex (all gay men's spa), all very busy Saturday night. I realize those are all bigger cities, but 5 people???
I went on a Sunday afternoon and he was not very busy very chill. I was informed by the attendant that Fridays and Saturday night are crowded
Please consider changing your monday hours to 11 to 5 or hire someone who can open your business on time . The attendant doesn't show up mondays till just before 11am consistently. It is currently 10:57 am and door is still locked
Clean and interesting to explore while enjoying the sauna and steam room from time to time
Great place to have a good time...
