My husband and I had the most incredible experience at Woodhouse Spa for a couples massage. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing, but the real highlight was the service. I had Kennesha, and I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever received. She really listened to what I needed and was incredibly professional. We left feeling completely refreshed. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely outstanding customer service—thank you, Caitlyn! I originally left a less-than-perfect review after some issues during my massage. However, management reached out immediately, and Caitlyn, the VP of Operations, went above and beyond to make things right. She listened, responded quickly, and genuinely cared about my experience. Her dedication to resolving my concerns was impressive, and thanks to her, I’m excited to return to Woodhouse! As for the spa itself, there’s so much to love. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, with a cozy lounge featuring tea, water, snacks, blankets, and a fireplace. The facilities are spotless and modern, with stunning décor and soaring ceilings. Every staff member I encountered was warm, polite, and eager to make my visit special. After my massage, I was checked on in the lounge and offered a soothing lavender neck wrap—such a thoughtful touch. And the little surprise of a Lindor truffle in the locker was the cherry on top. Had an all around excellent experience for a pedicure at Woodhouse. I booked about a month in advance for the Luxury Foot Retreat. Online was a little confusing, so I called and things were sorted immediately. The space is great! Very clean and relaxing. The staff is incredibly helpful. They escort you around and are very accommodating. You arrive 30 minutes before your appointment, change into a robe and slippers, and sit in the quiet room. Tea, water and cookies were provided. The pedicures we had were great and very relaxing! I had Kassidy and she was wonderful. I’d definitely return in the future.

First time here and got the meditative mood soak. Coleen was the person that helped me and the treatment started out with a dry brush technique and then a salt exfoliation over my whole body. Then there was a large tub filled with warm water for me to get in for 20 minutes remove the salt and just soak and relax. Afterward I had a Swedish massage and Coleen made sure the pressure she was using was OK with me, which it was. I appreciate when the masseuse asks me because sometimes it’s too intense. I was supposed to get an essential oil bracelet but they were out, so one of the associates drove it to my house a few days later. Several other samples were included in the bag. Now that’s what I call customer service!! I had a wonderful experience on a very frigid day, and I will be back again to see Coleen. Thanks.

My husband booked me the Swedish deep tissue massage and a pedicure. Both were absolutely amazing! The peaceful quiet room in between my appointments was so relaxing, the large and luxurious locker room was amazing, and both my massage therapist and pedicurist were so sweet. The staff is incredibly accommodating and really takes the time to make you feel welcomed and relaxed! I will definitely be coming back.

I had the most relaxing facial and massage for my first time at WH! The Skin Barrier facial felt so refreshing and is a clean slate for my products and makeup. The Restorative sleep massage was heavenly and paired with the essential oils made it a the best 50 minutes. Will be scheduling regularly facials and massages from now on!!

A True Five-Star Experience — Like a Mini Bellagio Spa Right in Roseville 2026 Update — VIP for Life (Didn’t See That Coming) On my most recent visit, Woodhouse somehow made an already exceptional experience even more special. I was welcomed into a private VIP room with my own locker and a robe embroidered "Woodhouse Spa VIP." The room itself was beautiful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The staff could not have been more friendly, thoughtful, or genuinely kind — everything felt effortless and personal, never forced. Being told I was welcomed as "VIP for life" honestly caught me off guard, and I didn’t think it was possible to love this place more than I already did. At this point, I may have a slight addiction — but if you’re going to be addicted to something, this is a pretty great choice. 2025 Original Review: A True Five-Star Experience — Like a Mini Bellagio Spa Right in Roseville I’ve been to Woodhouse Spa in Roseville at least ten times now (no exaggeration) and already have several more appointments booked — it’s truly that good. From the moment you walk in and they hand you a warm towel, every detail feels thoughtful, calm, and designed to help you unwind. Each visit starts in the dressing area where a robe and slippers are waiting in a locker with your name on it — it really makes you feel like they were expecting you. The photo I posted of the relaxation chair with my name tag, tea, and blanket says it all — it’s that level of care and comfort. The quiet room is one of my favorite parts. It honestly feels like something you’d find at the Bellagio in Vegas — just a bit smaller but every bit as elegant and relaxing. The fog fireplace in the waiting area adds to the spa’s signature atmosphere. Every massage I’ve had here has been excellent, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. This place really knows how to make you feel taken care of. I’ll absolutely keep coming back.
