I’m fairly new to the area and was excited to book a birthday facial with Nikki after receiving several great recommendations. The facial itself was wonderful, and the esthetician who worked with me did an excellent job. I felt relaxed and well taken care of, and the birthday gift bag was a very thoughtful touch. However, I was disappointed to learn (through the confirmation message the day before) that I had been switched to a different provider without being contacted beforehand. I later found out that Nikki no longer performs birthday facials, but had I known that in advance, I would have booked a different service to experience a facial with her based on the many recommendations I received. Overall, it was a good experience, but the lack of communication regarding the change was disappointing.

Nikki took care of me today! She recommended the diamond facial and customized a new skin care routine for me. My skin feels like NEW! 🥹 The spa always smells so good and love the cleanliness of this place.

The facial I got here was phenomenal. I don’t even know where to start. I went in with such dull, dry and uneven skin. I was surprised to see how Nikki rejuvenated my skin. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy with your skin. Her customer service was excellent. She really took good care of my husband and I. We came in looking dull and left her Spa facial with the best glowing, bright & bouncing skin we have ever had. I struggle with extreme dryness, texture skin and hyperpigmentation. I didn’t know all it took was one facial with Nikki to change my skin instantly. The spa looks beautiful and luxurious. As soon as you enter your hit with this relaxing aroma that instantly eases your mind. The decor, cleanliness and complementary hot tea & fruit infused water was a perfect touch. I also appreciated how detailed Nikki was with our pre facial consultation. She understood all of our skin concerns and she knew exactly what we needed. Also the neck and shoulder massage I got was literally the best massage I had ever gotten. I had so much tension and stress in my neck that completely disappeared after that massage. I can’t wait to come back and get more life changing facials with the facial expertise Ms. Nikki.

Owner was very accommodating, pleasant, and professional. The spa is exceptionally clean with beautiful decor. My facial was wonderful and the products Nikki suggested have been working well for my skin. I would definitely go back!

This was my first facial ever and I went to see Nikki for the birthday facial service. She took care of me from the moment I walked into the door. Making me tea and discussing my skin history. Then she gave me with the most luxurious and beautiful experience with my facial. I felt incredibly relaxed and my skin looked so refreshed. I have never seen or felt my skin look as good as it did that day. I told Nikki I want to see her every day 😂 she provided me with so much education that I desperately needed. Just know that you need to go ahead and book the facial! I’ll definitely be back to see Nikki again!

She also guided me on what would work best for my skin type, which I truly appreciated. This was hands down the BEST facial I’ve ever had. My skin looks and feels amazing! To top it all off, Nikki surprised me with a thoughtful goodie bag to take home, filled with items to help me continue my skincare regimen. That extra touch really made me feel valued and cared for.
