I have always been very comfortable here, I have never had anything to complain about. They are receptive, they listen to you if you need something to be done differently. If something is unpleasant, they want to know, they will try to fix it. I appreciate the ambiance as well. Today, there was a small misunderstanding: I paid for 90 minutes, then, completely relaxed and satisfied at the end, started to head outside. I checked my clock, and it had only been 60 minutes. Our kind receptionist accidentally didn't tell the massage therapist, Jane, that it was 90, not 60. When I went to talk about it, they all apologized profusely. I said it was completely fine because those 60 minutes completely felt like 90, and I was totally relaxed and satisfied. They returned the difference of price to me, and I am still planning on coming back regularly, and bringing my very stressed friend with me. He needs to know what it's like to relax, and these folks provide that at a wonderfully affordable price and with good vibes!

We've come to this place for years and had great experience with professional staff. The foot massage occurs in the open and there's no need to remove anything but your footwear. Very relaxing and health enhancing.

DON'T GO HERE!! 1. They demand a tip higher than 37%They were rude and told us the tip was too small when we gave them 20% They said it was too small so we felt we had to give them more. THEY SCOFFED AT US AS WE WALKED OUT THE DOOR. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. 2. When we walked in, and for 10 minutes, no one would show up to greet us. We had to call out to the back room for 10 minutes to ask if anyone is there. 3. While getting the massage they were repeatedly interrupted to talk about something. I didn't understand the language. I should not have tipped at all, for the type of service they offer. I would never go back here. There are plenty of other choices in Little Saigon.

Dang, if u guys come here and said u have the best massages, I don't know but u guys are missing out some of the best ones. Not at this location tho. My gosh, they were so rough and the massages were so painful to bare. My husband and I had told them numerous times to go gentle and not so hard because they were hurting us. Still they continue with the roughness. When done, we were in so much pain than when we came in. Our body ached for a month and they even asked us to tip them when we felt like it wasn't worth tipping. So we tipped them $5 each and ask to tip them $20. I straight up told them, no. This has been the worse massage place I ever been to. If u really want a good massage, go to the on on Elk Grove Florin and Laguna. Omg...they are so perfect and u will be definitely in heaven with the massages.

My back side was physically assaulted by the man who massaged me he even dug his knee in my back. His massage was so painful I tensed up and he never noticed nor cared he dug his elbow from my neck down to my calfs. It was incredibly painful. He was all over I never knew what to expect heavy sharp elbow then karate chops like worst massage ever. He also wasn't happy about his $10 tip that I should have kept to tip the next massuse I'll need to fix me

Pros: Good, strong reflexology massage. I think all the one star reviews are overly harsh. Cons: Basically no ambiance - no curtain to dim the light coming in from the outside, no music or white noise to drown out talking and banging around. This was odd because it seems like they could set up both of those in an afternoon for negligible cost. Also, I believe the cost of a 1 hour massage was slightly more than comparable/nicer locations, though perhaps I am not up-to-date on my reflexology pricing. I thought it was decent in terms of getting some of the tension in my neck and shoulders released to try and decrease the incidence of associated headaches - which is all I wanted. Folks looking for a relaxing spa atmosphere will likely be dissatisfied (as indicated by the other reviews).

You know I have really bad sciatica pain. I took martial arts years ago and I ripped my back muscle. Now as I get older and working doing carpet.The muscle that is Inflamed hurts so much that I have to stop walking every 10 minutes or so.To squat down and elevate the pain. Paul Was AMAZING. I tipped him $20 straight up. My left gluteus maximus is on fire and right now. 🤣I'm walking and running like a horse.
