Planet Fitness

> "Overall, this gym offers excellent value for the price, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. I particularly appreciate the luxury amenities, especially the tanning beds, which are consistently spotless, and the hydro beds, which usually function very well. The working massage chair is a great bonus. > However, the state of the locker room and showers is a major issue. The persistent, unbearable stench combined with noticeable buildup and what appears to be a consistent presence of mold or fungus is truly disgusting. The shower facilities urgently require professional cleaning at least twice a week to address these significant hygiene concerns. > Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5)"

This lady opened her door and hit my car after I seen where and it was the bumper I waived it off and said just be mindful next time She instantly got offended and became hostile and threatening I let employees know so they left a note for her account to be reviewed . Im just baffled on how fast people escalate situations Oh and she was screaming at the top of her lungs at every response .

5138 Stockton Boulevard location. I came to check it out. I was liking it till a rude customer was blasting his rapp music over Planet Fitness' already playing rock music. He said his battery was dead in his earplugs. So why play it loudly? Yes, I spoke to the employee at the front desk and apparently it's the norm there.

Angel and Alex front head clerks at planet fitness were disrespectful and tried to lie about allowing me and my black card guest to use the hydromassage, usually the clerk in the morning is really nice and allows us to use it no problem.. angel said they only allow 1 time courtesy use but policy states they aren't entitled but they can still use i pay 25$ a month and these guys are jokes please fire them and get some nice people in here.

I just Love this Location the staff is friendly and even knows you by your name....I feel safe and umbothered ....its always clean in the restroom...the only thing that has irritated me is the grouchy older elderly male employee that really won't speak or smile or engage...like he really doesn't want to be there....other than that this Location is Awesome!!!!!

Despite the terrible location, I enjoyed coming here instead of my home gym because of how they set up their equipment, the cleanliness, and not as busy - this is whats saving them from a 1 star. My experience with this location, I got dress coded for wearing shorts and a tshirt, they told me to change. The confused part is when i came back, changed, there was a girl that checked in in front of me had the same length of shorts and didnt get dress coded. And i was looking at all these other ladies who also wore the SAME length of shorts inside the gym. I was so upset. This discouraged me from starting my workout and ever wanting to come back again. Felt like I was back in highschool again. Thanks, Planet Fitness Stockton, for passing judgment and body shaming instead of focusing on safety of the location or addressing the issue of homeless individuals using the facilities just to shower. 🤦🏻‍♀️

It gets busy as most well taken cared of places do. 24/7 service. No lurking....come get your sweat on. Staff is kind.
