Hot House SLC

Loved this! Stopped by for my wife’s birthday and it was just what we needed. The space was cozy and felt very relaxed. The steam shower/sauna combo was so nice. Then we hit the cold plunge and hot tub to top it off. Great experience for two, would definitely recommend it and plan to come back!!

Hot House SLC was an incredible experience from start to finish. The private heated shower, sauna, and red light therapy room were next-level and easily the highlight. Being able to connect our own music to the Bluetooth speakers and set the lighting created the perfect vibe — relaxing, immersive, and intentional. The cold plunge followed by the hot tub was absolute bliss. That transition into a long, relaxing soak afterward was delicious and left us feeling completely reset. Our host was welcoming, informative, and made us feel comfortable right away. Everything felt thoughtful and well cared for. Truly such a great experience — my husband and I can’t wait to come back.

Really awesome spot my fiancé unearthed during our visit. We were looking for something relaxing to do together, and we both love a good sauna session. Hot House was super close to our hotel and in a great location, with tons to do nearby. The build-out was incredible, and the owner is clearly passionate about saunas, steam rooms, and cold plunges. He shared stories about doing this with his dad back home in Florida, and you could tell he really knows his stuff. The whole setup felt warm, inviting, and top-tier. A lot of privacy and we enjoyed how the place only takes two bookings per slot so it's not overwhelming with people or noise. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and experience. We left feeling extremely rejuvenated and restored. Would absolutely come back!

Coming into hothouse SLC was a pleasant surprise. The ambience is peaceful and invigorating at the same time. The private room was a big reason why we chose to try Hot House and it was a game changer. You have a sizable sauna and a steam/shower all to yourself. After a nice Steam session, we hopped in the Infrared Sauna and got an amazing sweat. Their infrared sauna is the best we have ever tried and we were literally sweating from every pore. We appreciated that bathing suits weren’t needed inside of the private room. After an intense 40 minute sweat we put on our bathing suits and stepped outside of their beautiful outdoor patio. It’s so peaceful and quiet outside and you’re in the middle of downtown. They had a couple of different cold plunges which were at different temperatures and going in the hot tub right after was pure bliss. They’ve really put a lot of attention to creating an atmosphere that is based on detoxing and relaxation. The vibe was exactly what we needed and their equipment was top-notch. This will definitely be a regular for us.

Very nice place to unwind for a private sauna/steam room session. They got two rooms with both a sauna and steam room in each so it never feels busy cause there will only be one more person or couple at most at a time. The outdoor area is a shared area with cold plunges and a small hot-tub. It’s in a very nice downstairs enclave with tree coverage so it feels very cozy. All around excellent service and very nice atmosphere.

This is ideal for a date- if you are in a weight based sport this is perfect for weight cut day. The recovery feels great, the amenities were amazing. The guy that works here is really nice and has a welcoming spirit. Highly suggest to come here

Such a great experience. The private saunas, steam room/ shower were high quality. The variety of cold plunges were at great temperatures. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 90 minutes. We will definitely return
