Had an amazing massage and facial here. The massage therapist Brenda is seriously the BEST. The rest of the staff was so kind and helpful. The co ed and single sex relaxation rooms were really nice, though it would have been nice for lights to be dimmer. I liked the patio outside the relaxation room too! There was no sauna as far as I could tell but an impressive steam room. It was nice to have access to the indoor pool/jacuzzi facility (on a dif floor) after our services on a winter day. Don’t miss the chance to walk down some stairs and eat at one of the many restaurants in the area afterward. Piatti was delicious! And I loved that the spa comped your valet parking.

I don't often get a chance to write "meh" reviews, usually they're 5 star or 1 star, but "meh" is appropriate for my experience with Eilan! It was easy to get my group of four ladies booked with the spa, and the receptionist was very responsive and helpful. I was, however, disappointed to learn my (triple digit $$) pedicure did not include a foot or leg massage of any kind. In Eilan's defense, the description of the service I booked just says "full pedicure", it didn't say "massage" explicitly... I've just never had one that didn't include it! (PS - I did give this feedback directly to the Spa, who did not contact me to discuss, so I feel fair in sharing it here!)

My husband booked the hotel for our anniversary. Our first time here.Getting there hotel from the outside it’s nice . You have to pay for valet service, for every day your there. Going to our room I definitely expected a different room. Definitely need to give the older rooms a remodel especially the floors . Are all scratched up , the 2 night they asked if we need towels & waters . They left a large black trash bag outside our room with the towels & water I was shook . I got a massage & facial loved the massage, not so much the facial I expected for the price maybe to get black heads removed or something it was just a mask followed by toner hot towels & more lotion on the face . Whould I go back probably not . Just sharing my experience

We are guests at the Eilan Hotel and took advantage of the couples massage for our Anniversary 💕 It was wonderful from start to finish. They offer a steam room, showers, robes, sandals, a relaxation room for men, women, and both. Mimosas, champagne, tea, fruit infused water. Nuts and snacks. When you're done they have a room with hairspray, deodorant, hair ties, q tips, mouthwash, tampons and feminine items. My husband said the men's room had similar items as well as razors, shampoos, conditioner, shaving creams etc.. relaxing music throughout. We left feeling rejuvenated, nourished and refreshed. Would highly recommend 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️🚿🧖‍♀️🧖‍♂️

I chose this spa because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience did not match them. I went in for a pedicure and was disappointed with the service. My nails were not trimmed, and during the process the technician used the file on my skin, which caused a gash on the side of my big toe. The service was also overpriced — I paid over $80 for a pedicure that I could have done at home, minus the injury. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

visited the spa. the rasul experience is A+. mani/pedi overall service was decent. massage and scrub were mediocre at best. a bit disappointed in that, but thoroughly enjoyed my technician, so i left overall satisfied. would and will absolutely come again for the rasul. it is unlikely i would do another mani/pedi here.

The experience was amazing for beginning to end. The staff were so nice and caring. I felt catered to at all times. The ambiance was so relaxing and the services I received were amazing. Everything was top luxury. I came to my appointment stressed out and left the spa relaxed and stress free. I will definitely coming back.
