First time getting a Japanese head spa and visiting this spa and everything was absolutely amazing. Sofia was super sweet and amazing all the way to the end. She explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The space was absolutely beautiful and very clean and music was super relaxing.

Absolutely love Pure Wellness Spa! Every visit is such a great experience, the staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Lilianna especially, always so wonderful and informative, she really makes you feel taken care of. The B12 shots are amazing and definitely do exactly what they're supposed to do. It really is a one stop shop, every Saturday they host morning workout classes with Coach Tony who's super friendly and motivating, I always leave feeling the burn (and usually with a new wellness drink in hand lol). Highly recommend, 10/10!

Sofia was very nice & gentle. She explained the process and did a great job with my Japanese Head Spa treatment. It was informative and relaxing! It included a scalp analysis first to see my scalp condition, she used a tool where I could see it on a screen. Then the treatment. Which involved a thorough hair & scalp wash, a couple of different scalp massagers, hair detangling, rinse and a nice neck & decolotege massage. They gave me a heated eye mask to wear which was amazing, too Afterwards, they did a second scalp analysis so that I could see the results.

Took a work out class with Tony as the instructor. It was definitely challenging but in a good way and left feeling motivated to continue back into my health journey. Also got a B12 injection with Liliana. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with every question I had. Definitely coming back to book more services and work out classes.

Pure Wellness has been such a game changer for me. I’ve gotten B12 shots, tried the detox + fat burning drinks, and picked up sea moss from the owner Liliana — she’s the best and really takes the time to help you choose what fits your goals. I also train with Antonio here and he’s seriously the reason I stay consistent. He pushes you, encourages you, and makes every session productive. If you’re looking for a supportive place to work on your health, energy, and fitness, I 100% recommend Pure Wellness in San Antonio!

Tony’s booty class was amazing! He’s a great trainer—very knowledgeable, motivating, and made sure everyone had proper form throughout the workout. The class was challenging but fun, and you can really tell he knows how to target and build glutes effectively. I left feeling energized and sore in the best way. Highly recommend his class to anyone looking for a solid workout with a trainer who truly cares.

I come to Pure Wellness Med Spa every Friday for my Tirzepatide weight-loss shot, and I’ve had an awesome experience. Lilliana is the one who administers my injections, and she’s fantastic—knowledgeable, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable. The whole team is friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve seen great results and always leave feeling taken care of. Highly recommend!!!
